With the Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4) almost at the end of its retail reign, we now have our first detailed look at a Nike Zoom Kobe 5 (V) Sample. Nike decided to go with a low-cut design again, but there are definitely many differences between the ZK4 and the upcoming ZK5. The ZK5 will feature a full length Zoom cushioning to increase comfort and a full mesh tongue to increase breathability. This pair hosts a black upper accented by purple laces, a white swoosh, and what appears to be flywire technology on the side panels. Bryant’s logo and signature appear on the tongue and heel, respectively. Please note that changes will most likely be made before the Nike Zoom Kobe 5 (V) is eventually released later this year.

Back in 2005, Jordan Brand re-issued the Air Jordan 13 (XIII) in a plethora of styles, including the “Flint Grey” and the “Altitude” AJ 13. Now, more than four years later, we have our first look at a sample Air Jordan1 13 that was expected to come out in Spring ‘05. This pair features a white toe box accented by a team red upper, desert clay mid-sole, white out-sole, and a desert clay heel. Some of the desert clay color on the mid-sole has “bled” onto the out-sole, but that is not a huge surprise considering this pair is over four years old. It’s a real treat when Jordan Brand dedicates its shoes to Jordan Motorsports. This time around, JB has the Air Jordan V (5) Motorsports Sample in white/university blue. The shoe has been limited to 23 pairs worldwide and has not been released to the general public. It has a white leather upper with a university blue midsole to match the accents on the shoe. Of course, the V’s have the icey netting and outsole, as well as the clear lacelocks. The reflective tongue features the Jordan symbol in black stitching, whereas it is in blue on the back heel panels. It’s very rare to come across these, but they’re on sale now on eBay.

Air Jordan collectors rejoice! It’s been seventeen years since this original sample was produced, and somehow it finally showed up after probably being moved around a few times. The Air Jordan VII (7) 1992 Original Look See Sample has surfaced to show our eyes what could have been a staple pair of 7’s. The og pair of jays has a white leather upper and varsity purple suede accents, along with red, black, and teal to contrast the white midsole. The shoe has a white tongue and purple heel tab to match the rest of the shoe. Hate it or love it, this one of one sample is in the hands of fellow NT’er HipHopCaliber and won’t likely be moved around for a while now. Check out more pictures after the jump.

Nike always rewards champions when credit is due, and since FC Barcelona just won the UEFA Champions League 2009, Nike created a special makeup of their Blazer model honoring the team. This colorway is based off of FC Barcelona’s away jersey, which features a Barcelona-inspired logo on the tongue and ankle area. The back paneling and tongue are also made from the same material as the jerseys. Exclusive isn’t the word for these sneakers, as only three size 9 pairs were produced.

Earlier this year, we provided a lengthy feature on the Nike SFB, a pair of boots made for hikers, high-speed operators, and first-response teams as well as America’s military responders, and we now have a new colorway of the sneaker to share. This pair has a little bit of a brighter color scheme with a charcoal base accented by a purple rear and a white midsole. Though the Nike SFB is definitely not made for everyday use, we would not put it past someone to try rocking this pair on the streets. With a fresh colorway and an even better inspiration behind the sneaker, it would definitely be nice to see the Nike SFB Sample – Grey/Purple be available for purchase in the upcoming months.

We all know about Nike’s artist series, especially the collaboration with Pharrell to create the Nike Dunk High Pharrell’s. But what we didn’t know was the unreleased sample from the shoe that was made in the form of a snakeskin Nike Dunk High. That’s right, before the Nike Dunk High Pharrell came the Nike Dunk High Pharrell Sample in snakeskin. The shoe uses a snakeskin upper, instead of the black leather upper. Other than the snakeskin, the shoe is exactly the same as the original, with the red laces, translucent sole, brain symbol, swoosh, and numbered tongue tag.
