It’s been awhile since we’ve seen anything with FJ branding it on it, until today, which is a nice change of pace from all the Air Jordan XIII drama.

This rare find features a soft suede yellow upper, white paneling and deep Navy Blue and white outsole for that Pacer colorway that make these Player Exclusives every sense of the word. And if that isn’t enough, the embroidered “FJ 20″ on the tongue and autograph sure make these one of a kind. But, they can be yours on eBay.

A little over a month ago we brought you a look at a predominantly Portland Trailblazers red Brandon Roy of the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse via one Nike online retailer. However, now you can step in-store and try on a pair for yourself. This red with black Nike Zoom Hyperfuse has been made available from House of Hoops locations nationwide along with other fan favorites such as Rajon Rondo’s PE. Of course, Nike is already up to the sixth installment of Kobe Bryant’s signature basketball sneaker, and the sneaker is already garnering attention from bootleggers. But this time we’re taking you back a shoe to show you a home colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe V designed for the Black Mamba himself. Almost a month ago we informed our followers of the fact that an “away” colorway of the Memphis Grizzlies’ OJ Mayo’s Nike Flight Light 2010 PE had gone on sale from House of Hoops locations around the country. Now we’re able to give you a glimpse of that sneaker’s alternative “home” colorway. It comes in a white base with Grizzlies blue and yellow accents throughout. In case these go on sale as well, here’s an opportunity to decide whether you’ll pursue them.

The good thing about basketball PEs created exclusively for college teams is that at least we stand a chance of seeing said kicks in action if we catch some of the games. However, high school games are harder to catch on TV, so a look at those PEs come by less often. As the ball continues rolling on the NCAA hardwood floors, more team PEs will start popping up. When the inventive heads in Nike’s vaunted Innovation Kitchen drafted up the Air Zoom Ultraflight after the Porsche 911, hoopers the world over hoped the shoe would perform like the luxurious car handled. And while I argue that ‘Flight’s on-court merits were suspect at best, (The plastic plate out back proved to be too inflexible, translating to substandard fit.) there’s no denying that Thermo-Plastic heel cup and Air-Sole unit underfoot provided a compelling package. Swoosh-sponsored players such as Gary Payton and Sam Cassel wore the shoe as they battled on the hardwood night after night. Here’s a look at the aforementioned Glove’s version, colored up in an incredibly awesome dual-tone fade of green and yellow from his Seattle Supersonics days.
