Player Exclusive Rewind: Steve Blakes AND1 Tai Chi Mid

Inspired by the Chinese principles Yin and Yang, the AND1 Tai Chi has received acclaim from ballers around the world for understated, all-around aesthetics and tenacious on-court attributes. Featuring a dual-toned upper comprised of buttery smooth leather and luxurious suede, the Tai Chi has been sported by AND1 sponsored athletes quite frequently since the model initially dropped in 2000. Portland Trailblazers point guard Steve Blake rolls with the brand, and was hit off lovely with a pair of black/red Chi’s with “SB2” engraved on the heel. Via Digital Jordan of Niketalk.

Player Exclusive Rewind: Penny Hardaways Nike Zoom BB

Sure, he might’ve been the oldest guy on the court, but he came correct with this BB that’s highlighted by a lucid patent red toebox, yellow stitching reinforcements, and his “1 Cent” logo along the heel. The model is finished off with a lavish black leather upper and white/red Swoosh. Somewhere I hear Lil’ Penny calling! Via abt of ISS.
