As part of Nike Japan’s Play Hard campaign, Nike is set to release eight new variations of the Nike Terminator which will drop in both low and high cuts. The four high top pairs all feature white leather uppers with a different variation of the following colored accents: maroon, yellow, green, and red. The Nike Terminator Lows will also release with white leather uppers accented by either light green, dark green, blue, or yellow patent leather elements. A defining aspect of all eight sneakers is the multicolored “NIKE” on the heel. The Nike Terminator Play Hard Collection is set to release in Summer ’09.

Just a few days ago we previewed Nike Japan’s Play Hard Campaign which displayed new styles of the Terminator High and Low. Some of those sneakers have released are available at Chapter Express. Each follows a similar pattern of a white base and a patent leather swoosh to match the surrounding color. The Terminator High Basic is available in black, sax, red, green and purple. Expect other styles from the Play Hard Campaign to release soon. No word on whether or not the collection is Japan exclusive, but stay tuned for more details.

Nike Japan’s Play Hard campaign will be made up of the Terminator High and Terminator Low in “basic” color-ways consisting of black, red, blue, purple and pink. Each model showcases NIKE written in big block letters across the heel as the Terminator has been doing for numerous years. White will act as the base and black adds contrast to a few of the models.
