About three weeks ago we came across some news regarding an early release of some PF Flyers Grounder Hi colorways. Today, we bring you some more early release news. This time around we re-focus on the PF Flyers Center Hi, which releases in two colorways that make up this Color Pop Pack. The first colorway comes in a dark red upper, while the second comes in a black upper; and, both boasts a rather bright teal blue sole that helps each colorway “pop.” You can find these at Foot Express stores and Millenium Shoes, with pairs being limited to about 800 at each shop.

PF Flyers are back this Fall with the PF Flyers Center Hi in three (3) new colorways with solid colorblocking. Joining the PF Flyers Sumfun, is this model in a solid colored canvas upper in Army Green, Purple and tonal Brown. Each sneaker features a durable ribbed midsole, reinforced toe box and diamond etched outsole and will also feature it’s Posture Foundation insole that made them famous.

PF Flyers continues to do what it has done so for so long- put out basketball sneakers. After showing you some PF Flyers Center hi “Brights,” we would like to now show you one more. Pictured here is the “hickory stripe” PF Flyers Center hi as well as the Cousy lo. These function as yet another reminder of how close the warmer days are, and how nice different shoes can look under brighter, sunnier skies. For those of you who like what you see, you can expect these to land at participating PF Flyers retailers soon.

Since then, we have caught glimpses of three more colorways being offered for this holiday season. The colorways included consist of dark brown, teal green and burgundy. Back in June PF Flyers treated us to a blast from the past with an archival reissuing of the Glide and Bob Cousy hi. This time around, its the Center hi that gets some Christmas touches. This holiday season, the PF Flyers Center hi shall release in a mostly black leather upper with red accents and in the inverse colorway. The PF Flyers Center Hi will be making its return to store shelves this upcoming Holiday season. Released in 1953, the canvas shoe was once a reliable favorite for ballplayers who tangoed on the parquet all along the eastern seaboard. Its playing days might be long behind it, but the Center was recently reintroduced with quilted uppers and textured mudguards, perfect combinations for your off the asphalt affairs. Earlier this summer we saw a smooth collaboration between retail giant Saks Fifth Avenue and PF Flyers. We now have news of two different Center Hi’s that have released sporting what is known as a ballistic nylon on the upper. Both pairs sit atop a white sole and possess a nice touch of leather on the toe cap. Both the black and brown/tan colorways are well-executed and could even be worn to your nicer events- so are these a potential cop? More pix after the jump.
