The Nike Cortez is definitely making a comeback this approaching Spring, as another colorway has surfaced for our viewing pleasure. The Nike Sportswear Classic Cortez Nylon comes in a pine green/white-vibrant yellow colorway. This Oakland A’s-esque shoe uses a pine green nylon and suede upper, along with a white leather swoosh to match the inner lining, laces, and white and vibrant yellow sole. Vibrant yellow is also placed on the Nike logo on the back panel to finish off this clean colorway. It’s set to release in February 2010, so please be patient.

Retroes are coming throught this year for Nike, especially with October’s Vandal releases. Two colorways are releasing for the Nike Vandal High Supreme VNTG: new magenta/metallic silver and black/midwest gold-sail. Both Vandals use nylon uppers with metallic silver and gold swooshes, respectively. The two also share black outsoles under whtie midsoles and multicolored ankle straps. These are sure to be great hits for the vintage collection, so be patient to grab your pair next month.

We have seen many previews of the Nike Sportswear’s latest collaboration with Nylon Magazine, and we are now receiving word that the three sneaker pack is now available at select retailers. The first pair hosts a yellow tonal upper, while the second sneaker yields a blue tonal upper, and the final pair features an orange total upper. All three sneakers hosts a Nylon Magazine logo on the tongue and “Nylon” written across the sneaker. The Nylon Magazine x Nike Sportswear Dunk High is now available at 21 Mercer, UNDFTD, and a couple other locations, but be quick because all three pairs will certainly sell out soon.

The Nylon Nike Dunk Highs are still going strong with two more pairs scheduled for Fall of ’09. As with all of the Dunk Highs in the collection, they are made up of nylon construction, a key characteristic taken from the Vandal. Coming this Fall are colorways like black/green/yellow and white/orange/grey/blue. The first model consists of a black base with subtle hints of green and yellow. On the other hand, the second Dunk High is a bit more classic with a white base, orange swoosh and blue laces. Look for both to drop later this year.

Alife has come up with two new colorways to follow up with the previous release of the Alife Everybody Mid Parachute Nylon Grid Pack. This time around, the Everybody’s are in red/white and white/black/yellow, for everybody to enjoy. The uppers are made of nylon and follow a parachute all-over design in the aforementioned colors. Both shoes use black vulcanized toecaps, white midsoles, and yellow tongue tags that read “alife new york city.”

The Nike Dunk High is one of the most popular sneakers ever created. It is constantly revamped with new colorways and materials to keep it on the top of sneakerheads’ wishlists. This time, Nike has utilized a nylon material and flamboyant colors to make the sneaker stand out. The first pair features a metallic upper with a red swoosh, red inner lining, and blue laces. The second colorway yields a black nylon base accented by a bright green swoosh and zitron laces. Both colorways of the Nike Dunk High – Nylon are expected to drop later this year. Via Vagant.

Nike has been quite fond of the nylon look and will be carrying this style into 2009. The latest Nike Dunk High to receive the nylon treatment is the upcoming white and grey model scheduled to release in Spring 2009.
