We have seen a plethora of Air Jordan 2.5 Player Exclusives over the past few months including a pair made for Chris Paul and another one for Ray Allen. Now, we are getting a first look at a sample player exclusive Air Jordan 2.5 which is made only for the players participating in the Jordan Brand sponsored basketball program over at the University of North Carolina. Featuring a white upper with university blue accents and white cement print, it would be truly be a pleasure if Jordan Brand ever decided to release these to the public. In reality, there is an extremely low possibility of these actually making a public debut, so check out the pictures after the ‘jump’ because that’s as close as most will get to them. Via Kenlu.

Alongside the other two colorways of the Air Jordan XX3 (23) that will be releasing on Black Friday, the UNC Air Jordan XX3 (pictured above) rep’s Michael Jordan‘s days at the University of North Carolina.  Like the other two Black Friday Jordan XX3 releases, this pair will drop in a limited quantity. UNC brought MJ great success including winning College Player of the Year for the 1983-1984 season, but the most important aspect was the fact that college gave Michael Jordan the tools and skills necessary to become one of the greatest basketball players to ever live. Jordan is always giving credit back to his alma mater by releasing sneakers in recognition of all that the University of North Carolina did for him. This pair of Air Jordan XX3 features a colorway similar to the school colors of UNC including the utilization of the popular University Blue color on the midsole and ankle area. This colorway will be available today at select Jordan retailers.
