With all the controversy surrounding Lebron James, a new colorway of his sixth Nike Zoom Lebron may give people something else to talk about. This latest model is supported by a neutral combination of black and anthracite. Black takes up most of the space of the sneaker with areas of anthracite putting a spin on the traditional black on black design. When Michael Lau was commissioned by Nike to design a pair of Air Force 1s as apart of the Nike1World campaign, he came up with a model he nicknamed “Crazy“, getting its inspiration from mental asylums. This unique concept has a few components that tie into the “Crazy” theme including the quilted pattern that makes up the upper along with tally marks at the heel of the sneaker. Other markings have been added to the tongue and on the inside of the sneaker. Kix-Files has one size available for $680.

Fall 2007 was the season that Nike SB’s “Mint Chocolate Chip” Dunk High was supposed to hit store shelves. With only two pairs in existence, it is high unlikely that these SB Dunk Highs will ever release, but for now enjoy the photo. This Dunk High is made up of mostly black leather and suede with mint appearing on the middle panel, lacing area, tongue, inner lining and contrasting stitching. The reasoning behind Nike deciding not to release this Dunk High are unknown, but if you are interested in the Mint Chocolate Chip Highs, you can find a size 9 now at RIF.

These past few weeks have been filled with Air Jordan I (1) Retro Highs, but next month will see the release of a grade school model. Initially, this Air Jordan I may look like a retro of the popular royal blue style, but this version consists of lighter blue known as vivid blue with a multi-colored print on the inner lining. Everything else is kept like the original like the placement of black and a white midsole. Release is scheduled for December 6th with a retail price of $85. Via SC.

This edition of “On Court” features a key matchup between Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony. No, we’re not discussing which is the better athlete, but rather who looked better in regard to sneakers when the New Orleans Hornets faced off against the Denver Nuggets on Thanksgiving Day. Chris Paul stepped onto the courts with an Air Jordan XX3 Player Exclusive very similar to the Air Jordan XX3 inspired by the University of North Carolina which was released on November 28, 2008.  On the other side of the court, Carmelo Anthony was seen wearing a player exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan Melo M5, Carmelo’s newest signature sneaker. This colorway will most likely not be released to the public and will stay in Anthony’s personal sneaker vault. As for the game, the Hornets beat the Nuggets with a final score of 105 to 101, but Anthony outscored Paul 24 to 22.  More pictures of the two pairs can be seen after the jump. With tomorrow marking the first day of December, Nike SB retailers will be receiving their stock for the month. The new SBs will include the “Batman” Dunk SB Mid, Dunk Low SB, Blazer Low SB and P-Rod II. The highly anticipated Batman Dunk SB Mid features a grey upper with black swoosh and laces and yellow highlights, a similar design can be found on the P-Rod II also releasing alongside the mid-top;. Other releases include a safari printed Dunk Low and subtle brown and white Blazer Low. The collection will be released next month at retailers and tomorrow at DQM.
