At the release event of the Concepts x Nike SB Blue Lobster Dunk at Concepts, we spotted the Nike SB Yellow Lobster Dunk, which was rumored to be more exclusive than any other sneaker in the SB Lobster Dunk series. We now have new pictures and more information about that pair to share. The SB Yellow Lobster Dunk was supposedly created by the folks over at Nike specifically for Concepts employees, and will most likely never make its way to any retailers. Nike’s SB (Skateboarding) line has been extremely successful ever since it was launched in March in 2002. Though many have complained that Nike SB has been slacking in terms of uniqueness the past couple months, the July 2009 collections may prove otherwise. The Dunk SB will release in three variations: a blue/white low-top, a black/sea green mid-top, and a black/ozone high-top. The Blazer SB will release in two colorways: green spark/pimento and white/hot red. The Zoom Tre SB will drop in an Orgeon Ducks inspired colorway, while the Bruin SB will be made available in a simple black/white colorway. In addition, Stefan Janoski’s Pro Model will also release in reed/stone. All eight sneakers will release as part of the Nike SB July 2009 Collection.

With the Concepts x Nike SB Blue Lobster Dunk already released in limited quantities at Concepts (Cambridge, MA), we are now receiving word that the latest SB Lobster Dunk has begun to arrive at more Nike SB retailers. This time around, the sneaker will not come with neon laces, special packaging materials, or skate decks, but rather a regular Nike SB box. As most of you already know, this SB Dunk hosts a blue tonal upper accented by a white tongue and a light blue sole. Todd Bratrud linked up with the folks at Nike SB (Skateboarding) to fabricate the “Brainwreck” Nike Dunk SB. The shoe debuted at the Debacle premier in Los Angeles, and is colored in a unique varsity red/grey/white style. “BRAINWRECK” is printed on the Dunk’s heel and inner lining is comprised of a woven pattern that resembles brain innards. The Nike “Brainwreck” Dunk SB High by Todd Bratrud will hit this upcoming Holiday season.

The folks over at Nike SB continue to design fresh new colorways of simple silhouettes. This time around, the SB Zoom Bruin is the silhouette of choice, and it hosts military blue suede upper with white accents seen on the swoosh, mid-sole, laces and inner lining, while red accents are visible via the tongue tag. The Military Blue/White Nike SB Zoom Bruin is now available overseas, but there is currently no concrete information regarding a stateside release.

The Nike SB P-Rod 2.5 is skateboarder Paul Rodriguez’s newest sneaker, and it will release at only brick and mortar stores, not online retailers. Though it is inevitable that the sneaker will make its way online via the ‘Bay and forums, Rodriguez has decided to not let any retailers sell the P-Rod 2.5 on their online webstores. This pair hosts a black upper with white accents seen on the vulcanized mid-sole, stitching, and tongue. The Nike SB P-Rod 2.5 – Black/White will be available at your local retailers in the coming months.

The Nike SB Blazer is constantly on the top of fans’ wish lists due to the plethora of colorways Nike releases via their high-top silhouette. For their Spring 2010 collection, Nike SB will be dropping two variations that are extremely different. The first pair yields a red suede upper with anthracite accents seen on the toe box, heel, lace region, and tongue, while white accents are visible via the swoosh and mid-sole. The second variation features a green nubuck upper with a perforated swoosh, white mid-sole, and white laces. Expect to see both sneakers release in Spring ‘10.
