Avid fans of Nike running shoes got a real treat when in 2009 the Nike Air Pegasus 89 re-released in a number of colorways. This time around, Nike is back at it with a fresh, new color combination applied to this popular shoe. Besides the greatly popular purple and grey accents, these Air Pegasus 89′s feature an attention-grabbing pattern near the ankle and heel that seemingly consists of a letter-jumbling that spells out N-I-K-E A-I-R. Thanks to Georgia’s StandardATL, these can be copped now- but I wouldn’t suggest sleeping on this release that’s finally starting to pop up at select retailers.

With the Air Max 90 and Air Max 95 hogging all of the spotlight as of late, it is nice to see a new Air Max 97 in the market. The latest design yields this ’97 consisting of subtle color scheme of black, cool grey and white. Each color is used liberally and black appears on the lowermost stripe while the rest of the sneaker is made up of white and grey. Expect to see this Air Max 97 dropping this month and has done so at a few stores including Rock Paper Scissors.
