We already know 2011 is a huge year for Foam-Heads. Two Foamposite Pro’s will hit retail in some amazing new colorways.

The Foamposite Pro ‘Electric Blue’ will drop in July at a retail price of $190. Another notable release will be the ‘Dark Pine’ Foam Pro in September, retail is also $190.

Note the prices listed under the product color code… $190/$100.70. This is the retail price for consumers versus the price retailers pay to have them in stock. Nearly a $90 profit for retailers on each pair makes you wonder how much the sneakers actually cost to produce… Just something that caught my attention.

When news first broke about the Nike Foamposite Pro releasing in an electric green colorway many wondered what these new Foams would look like. After much speculation and tons of Photoshop images, we now have actual images to share with you.

Much like the Nike Foamposite Lite ‘Kryptonate’, these boast one of the brightest uppers to date on a Foamposite based sneaker.

Not only can you look at them, but they can also be yours for $300 + shipping over at Osneaker with a ship date of December 23rd, 2010. An actual release date has yet to be set, so securing a pair now doesn’t seem like such a bad idea.

Two weeks after we wrote about the Electric Green Nike Foamposite Pro, we broke developing news regarding the release date of the “Pearl” Nike Foamposite Pro. In May of 2009, the “Pearl” actually released in a very limited quanitity from certain House of Hoops locations. However, in case you missed the news, the “Pearl” will this year release come September 3rd and in a slightly less limited (but limited nonethelss) run than last year. Just after a week we got the news about of the new retro of the Nike Foamposite Pro ‘Pearl’, looks like the Nike Foamposite Pro is back, and in a new color way. This Nike Foamposite Pro features a metallic/electric green upper with a black nubuck on the eye lids, a black swoosh and of course a nice icey sole. These are set to drop in March of 2011, so let us know if your looking forward to copping these when they drop or not.
