As it now stands, the “Copper” Nike Air Foamposite One is slated to release on February 13, 2009 and retail for $200, just like the “Eggplant” pair. Who’s girlfriend out there loves him so much he thinks she’ll go through whatever to buy him these bad boys as a Valentine’s day gift?

Washington DC’s favorite rapper/sneakerhead Wale was recently caught showcasing the Nike Foamposite “Copper” on his Twitter account. The Foamposite is set to drop this February at select Nike accounts. Until then, we’re interested in knowing what you think about the shoe — is it a contrived reissue or does it have some weight behind it?

The Copper Nike Foamposite Penny Nike Air Foamposite One will definitely be one of the more popular sneakers from Nike’s prestigious basketball line.
