SB fans rejoice! The Nike Dunk SB Toxic Sea Robin, formerly known as the Toxic Avenger, is releasing this Saturday, August 15th, at the NJ Skateshop in New Jersey. Designed by the skateshop, the shoe takes influence from the toxic Sea Robin fish. This will be a limited release so expect to see a line forming later this week. The shoe has an all leather upper and clear green outsole, with various shades of red to match the tone of the aforementioned fish.

Nike SB (Skateboarding set up a unique installation to preview their 2010 line at the Bright Trade Show in Frankfurt last week. With a vintage landscape providing an elegant aura, new styles of the Nike Dunk SB, Nike P-Rod, and SB Blazers were shown off for the first time to the public. Todd Bratrud linked up with the folks at Nike SB (Skateboarding) to fabricate the “Brainwreck” Nike Dunk SB. The shoe debuted at the Debacle premier in Los Angeles, and is colored in a unique varsity red/grey/white style. “BRAINWRECK” is printed on the Dunk’s heel and inner lining is comprised of a woven pattern that resembles brain innards. The Nike “Brainwreck” Dunk SB High by Todd Bratrud will hit this upcoming Holiday season.

Yesterday we previewed the Nike SB exhibit at the BRIGHT Fashion showcase in Germany. Individual images of the Nike models surfaced today, and the ‘09 load of Nike Dunk SBs, Blazer SBs, and Zoom Tre A.D.s looks to be a winner. Headlining the Spring/Summer collection is a green suede/orange Blazer SB and cream/black/yellow leather and suede Dunk Mid. A couple months ago, we saw a Dunk SB inspired by mosquitoes and now we are getting a first look at a Dunk SB inspired by ants. Either someone over at Nike has an obsession with insects or they just feel like honoring the small creatures that are part of our daily lives. What ever the case may be, this Nike Dunk Low Premium SB features a black premium leather upper accented by a turquoise swoosh with red stitching around it. In order to finish the Nike SB look, this pair includes thick white laces and a white midsole which is contrasted by the black outsole. A couple interesting aspects of this sneaker are the tongue tag where Nike SB is written differently than anything we have seen before and the insole where you can see lime and red ants crawling around.
