Back in 2005, Nike introduced the Nike SB Dunk High “Be True To Your School” Collection to mark the 20th Anniversary of the college issued Dunk Highs by Nike. Featured universities and colleges included Syracuse, UNLV, Michigan, Villanova, and Kentucky. Now, you can stay true with the matching Nike Dunk ‘Be True To Your School’ Socks.

The socks are now available in two colorways – Red/White with a Black swoosh and University Blue/White for UNC fans – and feature the exact same design on the upper and the signature outsole as you would see on the actual sneakers. Cool!

Nike SB is known to release shoes inspired by beer. We have seen the Heineken and New Castle Nike Dunk SB, and now Jagermeister gets a turn. The Nike Dunk SB High Jagermeister features black suede throughout the uppers, deer orange is placed on the Nike branding, and hunter green makes its way onto the toe-box and mesh tongue. Expected release is Fall 2011.

Near the end of March, we previewed a Nike SB Dunk High that was said to be inspired by the Sacramento Kings. We now have more detailed photos of the sneaker and new information to share. This SB Dunk High yields a grand purple upper accented by a black swoosh, white midsole, black paneling, white laces, and a black outsole. Overall, the sneaker gives a clean look to a classic silhouette. The Nike Dunk SB High – Grand Purple/Black-White is expected to release as part of Nike SB’s May 2010 collection, so stay tuned for any updates.

Earlier this month, we showcased the Eric Koston x Nike Dunk SB Low – “Thailand”, and we now have our first look at a high top Dunk SB designed by Eric Koston. This pair is rumored to be inspired by the mosques in Thailand, Koston’s birth country; thus, the sneaker yields a metallic gold upper accented by a white midsole, red swoosh border, and white inner lining. Overall, the Eric Koston x Nike Dunk SB High “Thailand” yields a simple color scheme which is definitely going to make the sneaker sell well when it is officially released on April 27th, 2010.

We didn’t have much to show for the Nike Dunk SB High Mr. Pac-Man last time we had a preview. But this time, we have a detailed look at the Nike SB August Quickstrike. This all-suede upper hightop is popping up at certain quickstrike accounts this month. Besides a suede upper, the shoe has a white midsole and yellow outsole, and of course, some white laces to contrast the classic Pac-Man colors. Nike SB never fails to draw inspiration from the most unique objects in the world. This time around, the inspiration behind a pack of sneakers is the job that nobody likes doing, but it must be done. These people are everywhere; every single building, school, or office you visit, you will surely be able to spot the custodian. This Custodian Pack from Nike SB is rumored to be composed of three sneakers with this pair being the first. Hosting a yellow upper with red, black, and white accents, this Dunk High SB is modeled after a “Wet Floor” sign. Nike has even gone to the extent of writing “Caution” on the heel and placing the “Wet Floor” sign on the tongue. There is curently no release information, so stay tuned for updates.

Last month, we previewed the Superhero/Villian Nike SB Pack consisting of 3 pairs of Nike Dunk SB’s which included the Storm Troopers SB Dunk Hi’s. Those Dunks are now being referred to as the Venom SB Dunk High due to more information being available now. Many sneakerheads may clearly remember Venom, the archenemy of Spiderman in comics and movies. Nike has realized the effect of such characters on society and has started to create sneakers resembling them. This pair of SB Dunk High’s features a full leather and suede black upper which is nicely accented by the bright white swoosh and laces.
