Earlier this month, we brought you a look at the 2011 St. Patrick’s Day colorway of the adidas SuperBeast and adiRose Zero 1.5. Today, we bring yo a similarly commemorative sneaker, this time from the Nike brand. Pictured here is the Nike Dunk hi “St. Patrick’s Day 2011″ created only in grade school sizes. It is mostly draped in “lucky” green with white accents by way of the Nike swoosh and midsole. Expect these to start dropping from participating Nike retailers soon,

As we saw with our preview of Nike SB’s Fall 2011 offerings, the Nike Dunk will always be a staple of the Nike brand. However, over the years, it has been used in a hybrid manner with a slew of other sneaker designs. This time around, the Nike Dunk is revamped with some basketball technology. Pictured here is a black with white Nike Dunk hi Hyperfuse. This sneaker is infused with the same lightweight, breathable features as the Nike Basketball design- making it lighter than ever without compromising durability. We all know about the DQM x Nike Dunk High collection from back in 2008. Well, if you haven’t, you should by now thanks to Complex Magazine’s Top 100 sneakers from the 2000′s. But what you didn’t know was that there is another colorway for the shoe that was made available for friends and family only. That’s right, the DQM x Nike Dunk High Hyperstrike is in existence, in 24 pairs of black on black sneakers. The shoe features a black perforated nubuck upper and black midsole and outsole. Too bad these will never see the light from the DQM store, so if you ever come across this kind of quality meat, be sure to save it for a special occasion.

Purple and yellow always go nicely together. Thus, Nike is releasing the color combination into two different Nike Dunk Highs. The Nike Dunk Hi comes in purple/black/white and yellow/black/white colorways. The first uses a black suede toebox, purple suede swoosh, metallic silver perforated heel panel, and white midsole atop a purple outsole. The latter uses a black leather upper with yellow swoosh on a white midsole and yellow outsole, which is very reminiscent of the Goldenrods. These are set to release this October, so if you’re planning to rep the Lakers for Halloween, don’t forget to cop these shoes!

Nylon always looks good with Nike Dunks. This time, the Nike Dunk Hi Nylon Premium comes in a black/green spark-citron colorway. The nylon Dunk uses an all black nylon upper, with a green spark leather swoosh to match the inner lining and tongue tag. The black on black shoe is nicely contrasted by the green, as well as citron laces. These Dunks are available now online overseas for a hefty $160, so let’s wait til these make a U.S. release.

For sneakerheads all over, learning of an upcoming release for the first time usually provides a measure of excitement- regardless even of whether or not we end up liking what we see. The Nike Dunk has become such a mainstay in the sneaker world that the aforementioned situation almost always applies to this sneaker model. Well, Nike follows up news of an ostentatious Metallic Pack with news of yet another Nike Dunk Hi. The Dunk pictured here is made up of a multicolored upper and base, nylon material, leather Nike check, and “bubble gum” bottom. These are sure to induce anyone walking by you to look at least twice. This model will release in January at House of Hoops and other select Nike retailers, so you can’t say you didn’t have enough time to save up.

Nike Sportswear’s collaborative campaign with Lance Armstrong’s LIVESTRONG initiative continues this weekend with the LIVESTRONG x FUTURA Nike Dunk Hi. Inspired by Futura’s Nike Dunk Hi FLOM, the LIVESTRONG limited edition features a colorless money print upper with black/yellow/white. The Nike Dunk Hi x FUTURA (FLOM) x LIVESTRONG is set to release this Saturday, July 18th, for a retail of $150. All of the proceeds from the sales will go to benefit Lance Armstrong Foundation for Cancer Research. Hit the jump to learn more about where to cop!
