Next up in the Nike Sportswear womens’ line up is the Nike Cortez Nylon in a new colorway. This model comes in all classic nylon upper, like the old days.

This Fall, expect to see this Retro in Birch uppers, white and red accents and brought to life by the orange Swoosh.

To prepare women for the spring season of 201o, Nike Sportswear will release the Nike Sportswear Classic Cortez Nylon Women’s in two soft colorways. The first comes in a julep/white-total orange colorway, while the other comes in a club purple/white-pink colorway. Both shoes uses nylon uppers in their respective colors, with white midsoles to match the white leather swooshes. Both also share the same style tongue tags, as well as the placement of suede panels. Ladies, look out for these babies next February.

The timeless Nike Cortez has reachieved global celebrity status recently, as an updated Flywire version of the jogger formed the centerpiece for a Nike Store opening in Taiwan. Technology is good and all, but I’m happy that the ‘Tez has hit shelves in a Nylon “Vintage” hues of orange and blue. The shoe features weathered suede accents and a dual-colored midsole for some added visual contrast. The Nike Cortez Nylon in orange and blue has hit select stockists in Southeast Asia.
