Nike Air Max Classic BW Women's - Black / Emerald Green

The Nike Air Max Classic BW Women’s comes in a clean black/emerald green/white colorway. The shoe uses a black mesh, leather, and nubuck upper, with emerald green at the swoosh, midsole, inner lining, and tongue, making these parts of the shoe stand out amongst the dark upper. White makes an appearance along the side to divide the upper in half. This release, which is set for November, is great for any use, casual or running. Two weeks ago we brought you an exclusive SneakerFiles preview of a Nike Air Max BW 2010 that Nike plans to release next year. However, there are so many sneakerheads out there who absolutely love purple colorways that the wait might be impossible to stand. However, Nike has begun to release this Nike Air Classic BW pictured here to perhaps help hold us over. Similar to the colorway of the Nike Air Classic BW 2010, this sneaker comes with a predominantly white upper and purple/black accents throughout. Check with your local Nike retailer to see if it’s one of the select few to have these in stock- especially if having to wait until next year for the 2010 model of the Nike Air Classic BW is eating away at you.

New looks of the Nike Air Max Classic BW have been hard to come by, maybe because Nike had its eyes set on the revamping of such a classic by way of the Nike Air Max Classic BW 2010- which we previewed exclusively for our SneakerFiles fans in a violet colorway. However, the 1991 classic re-released in certain European Nike retailers in the grey-red/black colorway pictured here. The shoe sits atop a white midsole and contains a completely visible, see-through air unit on the heel bubble. For a shot at these, you can jump online where certain online Nike retailers will have you covered.

Air Max Classic BW - Black - Red - White

Originally released in 1991, the Nike Air Max Classic BW became a favorite of hardcore joggers and marathoners for the Air Max unit embedded in its heel, nylon ankle collar, and mesh toebox and middle panel. The Nike Running product has been reissued on several occasions in past years, and it appears as if the BW will return again in this timeless black/white/red scheme sometime in ‘09. The pair pictured above is samples, but we’ll keep you guys updated as new developments surface. Via NT.
