Another original Air Jordan IX (9) colorway is being retroed into the Air Jordan Force Fusion IX (9) Low, which is in a white/navy blue colorway just like its high top predecessor. The shoe has a white leather upper and navy blue patent leather panel on top of a navy blue midsole and white outsole. The inner lining also rocks a navy blue hue, and the back heel tab features the classic 23 symbol and Jordan symbol in white. No need to say anything more about these except that they’re available now!

The Nike Air Force 1 (One) Kobe “Black Mamba” is distinguished by a white/purple/yellow upper that draws from KB’s Los Angeles garb. The lowtop model’s perforated panels are offset by a purple swoosh and Bryant’s “Shinobi” logo on the heel panel. Outside of preliminary sample images, little is known about when, where, and in what numbers the AF1 Kobe “Black Mamba” will release in. To keep Sneakerness a hot event in Zurich this year, Parisian designers Double Goose and Art Force One have combined forces to create a special one of a kind Nike Air Force 1 pack. The result was the Double Goose x Art Force One x Nike Air Force 1 Camo Pack, complete with a handmade matching down vest. These custom force’s feature a black leather upper with a yellow splatter design that doesn’t overwhelm the shoe. It is offset by a white toebox, midsole, and grey sole. Yet another Nike shoe has been designed to celebrate the MVP award given to Cleveland Cav’s star LeBron James. This Nike Air Force 1 Custom LeBron MVP is custom designed by Tyler Way, who took over 40 hours to hand paint these babies. The shoe follows the Cavaliers’ team colors, with a blue leather upper, red swoosh, and gold ankle tab, with the colors accented elsewhere as well. The colors are contrasted by a clean white midsole and white inner lining. “MVP” and other scripts are found on the heel and toe area, commemorating LBJ’s professional achievements. Last but not least, the intials “L” and “J” are stitched on the insoles to finish off the personalized shoe. The shoe was presented to this season’s MVP at the award ceremony at his alma mater.

Nike is always supporting our nation’s armed forces in its own way: by giving them commemorative Nike’s. Thus, the Nike Air Force 1 Low QK Armed Forces 2009 was released May 2nd in a neutral olive/neutral olive colorway. This AF1 definitely fits the military look, using neutral olive to resemble a sand tone. The laser etched design on the back heel is also reminiscent of a military pattern, and the nylon netting on the side and toebox reminds us of the various materials our soldiers use on a daily basis. The sand tone shoe is offset by a white midsole and black sole to finish off this clean shoe. These are available for $85 exclusively on U.S. military retailers.

Nike’s global 1World initiative seeks to pair up some of the world’s most inventive artists and athletes with timeless Beaverton silhouettes. New Jersey Nets big man Yi Jianlian recently got his time to shine, designing his own Nike Air Force One (1). The lowtop’s beige upper is cleverly separated into woven and faux-crocodile premium leather parts and offset by a chocolate outsole. Jianlian’s flaming “Yi” logo resides on the heel tab. Unfortunately, it’s likely that these scorchers won’t reach US retail soil anytime soon; they’re slated to release on May 17 in China.
