Continuing to reinvent the classics, New Balance revamps the 574 with the soon to be released H574J KS sneaker. The black model can be seen above in black while a grey style will follow. Both will be available in a subtle mixture of mesh and suede. Mesh allows for breathe-ability and suede adds a nice premium flair. Release is scheduled for sometime later this month at atmos.

The last time the New Balance 850 was previewed, it consisted of several 2009 models featuring new color-ways. Pictured above is the original color scheme that is slated to be released around February 2009. This original color-way consists of pink, teal, white and black to go along with dimpled rubberized material, patterned mesh and ‘850 NB’ written at the back heel. New Balance’s latest project surrounds UNDFTD Japan and a pack of the H574J. Eddie Cruz of Undefeated designs the two H574J with nature in mind. Each color represents an element in nature. For example, beige for sand and rocks, blue and purple for the sky and sunset, orange for the sun and so. He also looks  to the make up of footwear of the late 80’s and early 90’s with the use of the H574. Each model consists of an outdoorsy look with Cruz’ Undefeated touch to make them his own. Among the several interesting collaboration New Balance has taken part in is their latest project with Japanese brand, green label relaxing. New Balance’s CM998 has been chosen to be the base of the project, it consists of a purple suede upper with off-white and grey accents. Other highlights include a mesh toe box and ABZORB technology. New Balance shows their less colorful side with the newest M991. Appearing in a subtle color-way of black and grey, a leather upper, 3M and Vintage sole unit attribute to the sleekness of this M991. Furthermore, this M991 was made in the UK, one of the more respected New Balance centers. UK retailer Hanon has a few sizes for the price of $156.18.

Upper-end Japanese boutique Atmos recently consorted with New Balance to fabricate a limited run of the brand’s technical running classic, the 576. The shoe is characterized by a compelling, iridescent silver upper, but also features an alluring elephant print out back, a speckled midsole, and a multicolored rainbow inner lining and sockliner. For U.S. heads, the “Hologram” 576 will be available at Atmos.co.jp on Tuesday, October 21. Via Atmos.
