2011 has actually been pretty big for the New Balance H710- a design that boasts all of the comfort of a sneaker but with the protection offered by a hiking boot. And the New Balance team has decided to have one last go-around with this model, putting together this brown leather with blue suede rendition pictured here. A black rubber outsole rounds out this heavy duty New Balance H710BNV and prepares it for use on those rocky roads.

New Balance begins a new era for the brand with a triple collaboration with retailers Oshmanns and Mita for the Mita x Oshmanns x New Balance H710.

The NB H710 was featured on our site a few times in different forms, with this one featuring the hiking boot form, solid, rugged midsole and reinforced lacing. The shoe also sports an all black suede upper with white contrast stitching, and a ‘mexican blanker’ patterned heel tab.

Less than two weeks ago we caught wind of a couple of New Balance H710 colorways that are dropping as part of the brand’s Fall/Winter 2011 sneaker offerings. Well, not too long needs to pass before we can reveal to sneaker enthusiasts another set of colorways of the New Balance H710 that will be joining the previous round of colorways we displayed here. The H710 will also be offered by New Balance in a softer grey than the grey colorway seen with the first batch, alongside a wheat/tan colorway and a royal blue one. How do you think this extended run of New Balance H710 colorways might help the allure of said silhouette?

Awhile back in June, we previewed the New Balance H710 Fall collection in 3 different colorways to stay in style while trekking the rough terrain.

Today, we see more of the H710 in several styles of boots. The rugged and durable combination of nubuck and mesh pair nicely with the reinforced lacing system and outsole.

The classic American Mountain Climber is coming back this summer with new colorways of the New Balance H710. This July, you can look forward to the 3 colorways dropping in a primarily red, brown and beige upper. All decked out with classic, durable hiking-style lacing system, breathable nylon mesh and nubuck  material and solid-traction outsole to grip, even the roughest terrain. Look out for these as they release in the coming weeks.

While the extended period of cold weather has probably allowed for sneakerheads to get away with rocking the New Balance H710 mid into this Spring season, the Summer should (hopefully) be different. Therefore, New Balance has prepared at least three colorways of the H710 in a low-top cut for its Summer 2011 lineup. This low-top version of the New Balance H710 has been designed in navy, green and off-white uppers that include a mix of suede and canvas. You can take a look at each colorway after the jump.

Now that the new year (and decade) is officially upon us, footwear brands will most likely try their best to stay ahead of the curve. Pictured here is a New Balance H710 mid hiking sneaker in a classic New Balance colorway of light grey with slight light blue accents throughout. In fact, it is such a “New Balance” colorway, that if it reminds you of the M1300 model it is because the New Balance team in fact used the M1300 silhouette as inspiration for this H710, which is reportedly dropping at select retailers come February.
