If you thought the collaboration between Mita Sneakers, Oshman’s, and New Balance was over, you were fortunately wrong. This time, the 1500 model has been graced by the two companies, to create the Mita x Oshman’s x New Balance CM1500. This 1500 sports a grey/white/blue colorway, utilizing a dark grey and dark blue suede upper with blue mesh and white leather. The New Balance “N” logo is outlined in gold to match the tongue stitching. This pair of NBs is available for $180 in January 2010.

The New Balance 1500 model seems to often be the silhouette of choice when it comes to special occasions or limited releases. It was the model recently chosen for a purple/black limited edition release that some of you genuinely liked. Now, the CM1500 is once again the focus of another collaboration between New Balance and nonnative. Pictured here is a collection of two pairs of the CM1500 that nonnative and New Balance worked on, which is set to release this December- at least from some very select Nike retailers. One pair sports a predominantly navy blue suede/mesh upper with white and sky blue accents, while the second pair sports a grey suede/mesh upper with very similar accents. The CM1500 model has gotten a good amount of attention, including exclusive attention- as seen from the purple pair and the yellow pair that began to pop up overseas as the summer began to kick off.
