Australia-based sneaker magazine, Sneaker Freaker, teams up with New Balance for this wintertime New Balance M850 collaboration model. Its upper consisting of a mix of leather, suede, and mesh, the predominantly brown and black colorway is accented with hits of neon yellow on the midsole, ‘N’,  and lining. Set to release on December 5th, the model is part of the Global SMU Program.

The New Balance M850 will be making a comeback this fall via the latest “Life Sciences Pack.” This pack is composed of two styles of the M850, a running sneaker which was originally released back in 1991. The first variation hosts a grey upper with black, yellow, and white accents. The second pair yields a brighter colorway in the form of a navy blue base with light blue, white, black, orange, and grey accents. Both sneakers feature a mix of synthetic mesh and leather along with a bamboo textured leather saddle. The New Balance M850 – Life Sciences Pack is expected to release in the upcoming months, and is now available for pre-order online.

New Balance’s M850 was originally produced in 1991 and was one of the few NBX models to feature a variety of NB technologies in one shoe. The M850 is back and will be releasing in true-to-original colorways such as the white/teal/pink/black iteration seen above. The runner will also feature a leather upper, micromesh underlay and a 3M “N” logo. Both styles are available for pre-order now at Hanon and will ship out after January 1st.
