With Nike’s Lunar movement in full force, the latest addition to the ever expanding collection is this trainer, the Nike Lunar Kayoss. Designed to endure the most intense of training sessions, the model features a red lunar sole, as well as  flywire on its upper. Word has it that the model is to hit Nike retailers in the start of 2010, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for more information.

Revamping the classic Nike ACG Wildwood silhouette with a Lunar Foam sole, Danish brand Wood Wood presents us with a new Nike hybrid model, the LunarWood. Inspired by graffiti and the city at night, the collaboration is an effort to bring the hiking silhouette into an urban context. Featuring a predominantly black upper, speckled midsole, yellow accents, and a deep blue swoosh, the nocturnal theme is certainly visually evident. Set to release in mid-December, you can see some more detailed images of the hybrid after the jump.

Originally introduced in 1980, the Nike Mariah was the first shoe to possess a full length air unit and forever changed the world of lightweight running shoes. Currently, the Mariah receives updated technology in the form of Lunar Foam, No Sew construction, and new innovative lightweight materials that make the Lunar Mariah much better than any of the Mariah’s original designers could have imagined. Now, the Nike Lunar Mariah will release in three limited colorways. All of which have a nearly all solid black upper, but each possessing different Lunar Foam cushions. However, the Black/White and Black/Varsity Royal colorways are exclusive to Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer, whilst the Black/Hot Red colorway will be available at Nike Tier Zero accounts. On June 11, 1996, Kobe Bryant was drafted 13th overall by the Charlotte Hornets, then shipped out West to the Los Angeles Lakers. (The rest is history.) Nike is celebrating KB’s short-lived pit stop in Charlotte with a unique white/teal/blue color scheme of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4). The model features the draft date “6-11-96″ is inscribed along the heel and inside the shoe on the insole. The Zoom Kobe 4 features Nike Basketball’s Lunar Foam cushioning interface up front, and Flywire containment strands cover the sleek model’s middle panel. (Interestingly enough, the purple ‘Wire matches up nicely with the Hornets’ pinstriped jerseys!) Look forward to seeing the Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4) at House of Hoops later this Summer.
