Earlier today we previewed the Jordan L’Style High in Chocolate suede. The shoe’s height and proportions draws inspiration from the Air Jordan I (1) but features a hideaway lace system and strapped upper that offers the durability necessary for long motorcycle rides. This batch of L’Styles are toned in burgundy and burnt brown. Both feature gum bottoms and an Air Sole unit in the heel. The Jordan L’Style High will be available at select Jumpman accounts later this Fall.

Unless you have been living under a rock for the past year, you have probably realized that high-top sneakers are gaining popularity at a resounding rate. Supra has released the TK Society, Nike has released the Air Yeezy, and now Jordan Brand is set to drop their high-top sneaker, the Air Jordan L’Style. The L’Style takes components from past models such as the Air Jordan 1 toe box and the Air Jordan 3 visible air bubble, while still giving the sneaker its own classy twist. This colorway hosts a full brown leather upper with a perforated Jordan Wings logo on the midpanel, black accents, and boot-like laces. The Air Jordan L’Style will be available for purchase beginning in November 2009. Via Footlocker.

D.C. Rapper Wale (he’s flyer than the rest of them) recently debuted the Jordan L’Style, a Fall/Winter ’09 shoe from the Jumpman camp that’s inspired by Michael’s newfound infatuation with motorcycle racing. The high top features the all too familiar Air Jordan III (3) midfoot tooling under the foot. Up top, the shoe is distinguished by two Velcro midfoot straps and a third around the ankle collar. The Jordan L’Style will hit later this Fall at most retailers worldwide. In the meantime, enjoy Wale’s new “Chillin’” video!
