Just two days ago we presented our readers with a look at two pairs of the Louis Vuitton Sunlight expected to release in time for this holiday season. But the brand’s efforts to take more steps into the sneaker culture do not end there- as most of us could have guessed. To that extent, we’re here to pass on to you news of five pairs of the Louis Vuitton Street Sneaker also slated to release as part of the brand’s winter of 2009 collection. Two pairs come in a black/white colorway with damier embossed patent/calf leather- one in a low-top model and the other in a high-top “boot” one. The other three pairs come in black/white, white/black, and cocoa; all also sporting monogram embossed calf leather with the “LV” logo on the entire upper while sitting on completely white soles. These will all run you approximately $600 retail and can be found at your nearest Louis Vuitton flagship stores. How do you think these Street Sneakers match up to the Sunlight Sneakers? While Nike worked with Kanye West on the Air Yeezy model, the brand has been immensely successful for a long time without him- and will continue to be so. Now, the Louis Vuitton brand seems out to prove the same as it introduces the Sunlight sneakers pictured here, hoping they’ll do well despite not having Kanye West’s official stamp of approval. Releasing this holiday season with red and with blue accents, the pairs of the Sunlight sneaker sport both mesh, leather, and suede. Thanks in large part to its collaboration with rapper Kanye West, the Louis Vuitton brand has made a HUGE splash this year- and as you can see by these pictures, the hooplah seems much deserved. Now that it gears up for releases from its Fall/Winter Collection, the Louis Vuitton brand has been apparently very busy with another sleek sneaker model. Pictured here is a low-top sneaker that the brand has chosen to add a strap to over the shoelaces. In a predominantly black upper made of both leather and suede, this shoe also sports blue stitching and shoelaces. As we move into Fall/Winter season, be sure to check in with your local Louis Vuitton retailers to see if it’ll have these babies for purchase.

Ladies do you like your sneakers to match your purse? It’s going to cost you a pretty penny but the Louis Vuitton Damier Azure Canvas Speedy 30 paired with the Capucine sneakers in Damier Azure is a hot look for the summer. The Capucine Louis Vuitton sneakers with in Damier Azur coated canvas are reminiscent of a Converse Chuck Taylor low top. The Louis Vuitton Capucine have a rounded toe, natural calfskin leather tag on tongue, smooth leather lining, and a rubber sole.

The bag is Damier Azure coated canvas with natural cowhide leather trim with yellow stitching and shiny golden brass hardware. Warning: this look is not recession friendly! The LV Speedy retails for $700 and the Capucine sneakers are $560.

Kanye West worked on his line at the Louis Vuitton headquarters while wearing designer shades, a yellow jacket, a turquoise polo, khakis, and a pair of Nike Air Yeezys. The rapper/fashion guru paired up with LV designer Fabrizio Vitti to work on the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton line that’ll drop later on this year and into the next.

Recently, Virginia rap-duo, the Clipse, teamed up with Kanye West for their new single, “Kinda Like A Big Deal”. Behind the scenes of their video shoot, some big names such as KiD CuDi, Ibn Jasper, Kanye West, and Pusha T gathered around as they unveiled the rest of Kanye’s unreleased sneakers. Kanye’s already one of the top names in the rap game, and he also has two sneaker lines out by two different companies at the same time! That’s above amazing, and he seemed humbled as he saw all of his creations in front of his eyes. Some of the models included the new Net colorway of the Nike Air Yeezy, the Louis Vuitton Don’s, and the Louis Vuitton Jasper’s. You should all know by now how hard it’s going to be to get these sneakers, as Pusha T doesn’t even have a pair of Yeezys, and Kanye proclaimed that he had to buy a few pairs from eBay. Nonetheless, this Toys ‘R Us video segment should give you some great looks at Kanye’s upcoming sneakers, as well as a few laughs.
