Since its release way back when, the Nike Air Zoom Generation has barely seen the light of day. Even though the shoe has proven to be an instant Nike Basketball classic, we haven’t seen any retroes of this shoe. Once in a while, the shoe pops up on spots like eBay as this specific pair did. The Nike Air Zoom Generation Camo Edition Sample sports a white/gold camo colorway. The white toebox is followed by a beige camo colorway which is contrasted by a gold mesh heel panel. The white midsole contrasts the whole shoe to finish off these rare one-of-a-kind’s from LBJ’s signature line.

Another high school player exclusive has been given, this time to the Christ The King High Schol (CTK). The Nike Zoom Soldier II CTK Home PE comes in a maroon/gold/white colorway. It has a white and maroon patent leather upper, witha  white midsole. The CTK logo is on the back ankle tab, and “King” and “James” are found on tabs on the inner side panels of the shoes.

There’s been a lot of activity in the LeBron James world of sneakers, and one result of that is the Nike Zoom Soldier II Fairfax Home Player Exclusive. Fairfax High has been dubbed with their very own ZS2’s in their home colorway of red and yellow. Thus, the shoe rocks a white/red/yellow colorway on its patent leather upper and white sole. The Fairfax logo is found on the back ankle tab to finish off this clean PE.

All of you basketball fans out there should be aware that LeBron James was crowned MVP of the NBA this year, so you should have know that the celebrations were coming. To kick it off, Nike is releasing a new MVP Witness colorway of the Zoom Lebron VI. While the colorway is simple, these sneakers are accented with “CLE”, “MVP”, and “WITNESS” written on some of the paneling. The icy sole is also a great addition. It’s said that LeBron’s going to be wearing these tonight for Game 1 of the Semifinals, so be on the lookout for those. Just in case you wanna be as fresh as King James, the matching tees were released today at NikeStore, while the sneakers will release on May 30th.

Earlier today, Lebron James, “The King” himself, was crowned the 2008-2009 NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP). The ceremony was fittingly held at the school where it all started for James—St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. LeBron led the MVP race with 1,172 votes, while the second place finisher, Kobe Bryant, totaled a mere 689 votes. There is no doubt that LeBron was a beast on the courts this year, but his sneakers of choice were also quite impressive. He began the year with a plethora of colorways of the Nike Zoom Lebron VI including the Hardwood Classics, the Fairfax, and the All-Star Game ZLVI, and he is currently rocking the Zoom Soldier III (3) for the remainder of the playoffs. Sneaker Files would like to congratulate Lebron James on his great accomplishment at such a young age, and we wish him the best of luck for the future. Lebron James debuted his new Nike Zoom Soldier III (3) during the first game of the 2009 NBA Playoffs against the Detroit Pistons this past week, but this model above won’t be worn by King James anytime soon as it has been created exclusively for grade school sizes. This ZSIII features white, navy and red like its men’s sized counterpart, but remixes the color blocking so that it has more of a Team USA feel as it incorporates more red as opposed to being dominated by navy. There is no word of a release date yet, but stay posted for more news.

Nike employee laced heat (He or she might be unemployed for selling all of this heat, who knows.) is auctioning off this uber-exclusive Friends & Family Nike Zoom LeBron V (5). Originally created in 2007, this size 9 sample tastefully features a vibrant gold upper, black patent leather accents and a leaf/clover pattern stitched into the middle panel . The ZLV’s ornamental midfoot strap and noticeable heel pull tab are incorporated to improve the shoe’s functionality on the court. I’m not sure what ‘Bron’s connection is to New Orleans, so is it even reasonable to assume that these were inspired by the Saints uniforms?
