Bape is still showing love for the U.S. stores in New York and Los Angeles by releasing a few more colorways of the Bapesta which will be exclusive to the aforementioned stores. The Bape Bapesta Store Colors are featured in two colorways to represent each store. LA rocks a very Lakers-esque colorway, with a white leather upper consisting of purple and blue patent leather panels, and yellow on the star, lace area, and outsole. The NY edition sports a less vibrant colorway of white, purple, silver, and black. The white leather upper is contrasted by purple and black patent leather, along with a silver star to go along with the lace area and outsole. These colorways, along with other store colorways, are available today at Bape LA and NY.

Releasing alongside the Air Jordan Six Rings – White/Court Purple-Taxi-Silver, these two pairs of the Air Jordan 1 Low Phat are inspired by the Los Angeles Lakers. We showed you a preview of the Los Angeles themed releases for this weekend a couple days ago and we are now seeing actual pictures of the pack. The uppers of the two pairs are essentially the exact opposites of one another. The first pair features a white leather upper with a black swoosh, a black tongue, and a white patent leather toecap. The second pair of the Championship Pack features a black fabric upper accented by a white swoosh, a gold oustole, and a gold tongue. Both colorways include a purple midsole and a gold Jordan Wings logo on the heel. These are now available at your local Air Jordan retailers. Today, October 9th 2008 the House of Hoops will open up shop in L.A. in the Beverly Center. In true Nike fashion, 4 different Nike Hyperdunks will release as a House of Hoops L.A. exclusive. To put a twist on the pack, all pairs of the Nike Hyperdunks scheduled to drop are inspired by Kobe Bryant.
