Kanye West’s line of men’s sneakers for luxury brand Louis Vuitton aka Louis Vuitton Dons has reportedly shipped to stores and has a release date of July 1st. Sadly the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Women’s sneakers featured by on his blog back in January 09 seems to never made it past the sample room floor. Wonder why his women’s shoe didn’t make it into production. I wasn’t in love with the sample, not a huge fan of a tassel, but ladies like their luxury sneaks too. What really would be hot is if Kanye did a matching bag and sneaker! Maybe the shoe will be released once Louis Vuitton gages how well the men’s line does. The Kanye West x Louis Vuitton line for men is pricey, ranging from $975-$1140.

There’s no denying the high level of rarity and exclusivity of the Nike Air Yeezy, and everyone will be reminded once again with the release of the Net colorway on June 6th. Very few stores actually receive the sneakers, but for those of you in Louisiana, Sneaker Politics is releasing the Yeezys. There’s a catch, though. To make the Nike Air Yeezy release as fair as possible, the store is using a raffle to decide who gets at chance at these limited kicks. In order to receive a raffle ticket, you must purchase an Air Yeezy – Glow In The Dark tee from Great Dane Clothing, which is being sold at Sneaker Politics (in-store and online). If you decide to cop all three colorways of the tee, you’ll receive a bonus raffle ticket, which leaves you with a total of four tickets. On June 6th at 11 AM, the ticket drawing will begin. You’re only allowed to purchase one pair, even if you have multiple winning tickets. If you’re that lucky to have more than one, please remember that sharing is caring and give the ticket up, even if it’s for a price. June 6th is right around the corner, so be ready and good luck! Scheduled to drop this May, the black/black/grey/pink Nike Air Yeezy has hit eBay in premature fashion. The Kanye West signature is abounding with premium materials, my favorite being the sturdy faux crocodile print midfoot support strap, that I assure you, does nothing to tangibly improve performance. This yet-to-be released version also offers glow bottoms, perfect for stuntin’, hypebeasting, or pretending like you know somebody when you traverse through the streets. (The outsole still glows if you keep ‘em in the closet. Consider that an added bonus!) The Nike Air Yeezy Black/Pink are available now on eBay, but be sure to look for them when they hit retailers in limited numbers next month.

The overly hyped Nike Air Yeezy sneakers are already for sale at online reseller websites including eBay at a tremendous markup, but if you’re searching and cannot buy a pair locally, eBay is the last spot for your search. Most stores which received the Nike Air Yeezy put the sneakers on shelves for sale over the suggested retail. The retail price for the Air Yeezy is $215. The Nike Air Yeezy (Kanye West signature shoes) will release starting in the spring of 2009. Sneaker Files has confirmed that the majority of Air Yeezy styles and colorways will be limited releases. The Air Yeezy is inspired by Kanye West’s favorite shoes, notably the Air Jordan III (3) (used for the Yeezy mid-sole makeup). The Air Yeezy is highlited with glow in the dark accents which streak through the Nike Swoosh and Jordan III inspired mid-sole. Tons of questions have flooded the e-mail asking for additional information on the Nike Air Yeezy, but sadly, a release date has not been confirmed. But a new pair of Nike Air Yeezy’s have been exposed, which was designed by Mark Smith and Kanye West for Tinker Hatfield.

The Nike Air Yeezy Tinker Hatfield PE contains White and Grey, Orange highlights, and North Carolina Blue on the strap. Easily the best aspect of the Nike Air Yeezy x Tinker is the symbols on the strap that tells a story on Tinker Hatfield’s career. Via HK-Kicks.
