Air Jordan Jumpman Pro Low - Black / White

With the successful release of the Air Jordan Jumpman Pro earlier in the year, Jordan Brand is set to drop a low top version of the sneaker later this year. The Air Jordan Jumpman Pro Low essentially features the same body as the mid cut version with the exception of the Jumpman logo being placed a little lower on the ankle. This pair yields a black mesh and leather upper accented by a white midsole, white stitching, and a white inner lining. The Air Jordan Jumpman Pro Low – Black/White is expected to release in August, so stay tuned for updates.

Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 1

Previously referred to as the Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 2009, we have now received word that this pair’s official name is the Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 1. Debuting at the end of February 2009, this sneaker seems to be more rigged towards providing a quality basketball experience outdoors rather than the conventional indoor basketball sneaker. Featuring an exposed lacing system and a strong ankle support system, this sneaker will most definitely yield a comfortable basketball experience both indoors and outdoors. The colorway shown above features a varsity red leather upper including a silver jumpman and a leather toebox/side. There is expected to be 6 colorways of the Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 1 releasing in upcoming months. 2 pairs will release on February 28, 2009 and the remaining 4 will be released on March 1, 2009. All colorways will be priced at $123. Pictures of the other colorways in the Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 1 can be seen after the jump!

Michael Jordan Air Jordan IX (9) Player Exclusive 45 PE Cleats

In a decision heard ’round the world, Michael Jordan retired from the game of basketball to pursue a career in baseball. His announcement came shortly after the passing of his father, who had always envisioned his son as a Big Leaguer. MJ batted .202 with 3 HR, 51 RBI, 30 stolen bases, and 11 errors in a largely underwhelming campaign that was forever enshrined in cinematic classic Space Jam. (Mike also had a stint with the Scottsdale Scorpions in the 1994 Arizona Fall League.) Jordan sported the Tinker Hatfield-designed Jordan IX (9), his signature for the ‘94-95 season in a cleated format. The shoe featured an all-black upper and was distinguished by Jordan’s number “45″ and a clever Jumpman “Globe” logo stitched along the heel. (Tinker crafted the IX in recognition of Jordan and the game of basketball’s newfound global influence.) Via NikeTalk’s American Dream.
