In my opinion, the M7 didn’t get good until the Advance version surfaced… and it looks as if Jordan Brand isn’t playing around this time making the M8 advanced from the get go.

Flywire is in place along the uppers with heel Air Max and forefoot visible Zoom Air housed by a thin TPU support frame. Patent leather is applied on this particular pair along with a mesh toungue which looks like it could be an internal boot.

While these images aren’t great, it does give us a good look at almost every angle of the shoe which boasts performance and style.

What are your first thoughts on the Melo M8?

The Jordan Melo M7 is set to drop this November.

With that, Jordan Brand has made a ‘China’ version that is quite an eye catcher. White and grey make up the upper with red accents seen on the laces. Jade is a great addition to the M7 and is used as the primary accent color on this makeup.

No word on a release date as of now, but we will keep you posted as soon as we hear about it.

This November will bring us Carmelo Anthony’s latest signature sneaker from Jordan Brand, the Melo M7.

At first glance they look bulky. After staring at them for a bit, they look very performance ready for a player like Melo. Traction is important and the M7 has plenty of it. Zoom Air in the forefoot and an Air unit in the heel will give you responsive cushion. Flex grooves are in place for added flexibility. What is most interesting is the use of the TPU heel cup; this feature will help prevent ankle rolling with a secure lockdown fit in the heel. Mesh vents on the side panel finish it off for better breathability.

Let’s not forget, this could be the last time we see Melo’s kicks in a Nuggets colorway.

Yesterday we showed you CP3’s new signature from Jordan Brand. Today we have some new images of JB’s other signature player with the Jordan Melo M7.

These stray far away from the last Melo’s that were released as far as looks are concerned. The attributes however are similar with a heel Air unit and forefoot Zoom Air. Honestly, the upper is pretty clean and simple although the infinite usage of patent leather has become a bit much. Maybe a black version with a suede or nubuck material may fit these kicks a bit better.

Denver Nuggets superstar Carmelo Anthony will be wearing his sixth Jordan Brand signature shoe during the 2009-10 season, the Jordan MELO M6. The shoe takes a different approach than past MELO models, placing emphasis on lightweight construction, ventilation, and bulletproof ankle support. The M6 also features an exaggerated tongue and what looks to be a Air Jordan II (2) toe. The MELO M6 looks to be available in white/black/red, white/black, white/varsity red, white/navy blue, and white/University Blue and will likely be available by the Holiday season.
