IPATH is taking its shoes to the outdoors, making an Earth-themed series to please those who are ones with nature. The IPATH Earth Series consists of six of its models: the Mantis, Grasshopper, Dayak, Cat, 2007, and Shearling. To give thanks to the planet we live on, these shoes use hemp and vegan friendly materials. Each of these skate shoes incorporate a brown colorway to give the series an Earth tone, using materials such as synthetic leather, hemp, and suede in a clean combination of designs. These shoes are tough enough to withstand what Mother Nature’s got in store in her attempt to stop you from skating. Be sure to check the series out when it releases later this month.

IPATH will be launching their Classics collection for the Spring ‘09 season. The Cricket is another original style that will be reappearing after being in hiatus for a long period.  The Cricket will be brought back in its natural hemp and synthetic composition. Hemp makes up most of the sneaker while ultra-durable synthetic polymer acts as a sturdy material on the ollie area, toe-cap and lower lace hoops. IPATH’s signature stash pocket and triple stitched construction are the finishing touches on a true classic. The IPATH Classics collection will be available next Spring in-stores and online.

Starting in Spring 2009, IPATH will be launching their Classics collection which will bring back old colorways and styles. The first of the Classics release is the Grasshopper coming back in its original solid black colorway. The black leather version will be made available after many years of hiatus. This model is outfitted in premium leather, an ankle strap and triple stitching, but what does put this model over the top is the pocket for stashing away anything you want to hide. Look for this Grasshopper to drop next Spring.

As IPATH gears up for the Action Sports Retailer (ASR) next month, they will be bringing back some past favorites in their latest Black Pack. The high-top Grasshopper and low-top Centennial are showcased in the package and are composed of full hemp (Grasshopper) and full suede (Centennial). Furthermore, both styles boast a triple stitched construction perfect for skating while a secret stash pocket offers a spot to put whatever you like. Look for more styles to be releasing from IPATH.

We have been featuring Bob Burnquist’s first shoe with IPATH over the past few weeks, here’s a look at the limited edition Burnquist Grasshopper Smoke. This limited edition Burnquist Grasshopper fatures a triple stitched hemp upper, removable ankle strap with Brazil inspired accents and lastly the IPATH signature pocket.
