The Nike Air Pippen II is coming back out tomorrow as a special limited release at select retailers.

Eggplant is the primary color scheme with black on the midsole/ outsole, sock liner, inner sleeve and laces. Personally, I would have liked to have seen the use of the blue tinted clear outsole on these.

In 1992, Lebron James began his basketball career with the Summit Lake Hornets. Though the Hornets were only part of a children’s recreational basketball league, the team certainly had a huge influence on who Lebron is on and off the courts today. James has decided to pay homage to his former team by releasing this colorway of the Nike Zoom Soldier II. Featuring a predominately black upper with varsity purple and energy accents, this pair yields a simple, yet effective colorway. This colorway of the Zoom Soldier II is extremely limited and will surely sell out quick. These are only available on Nike.com for a retail price of $125.

Many Nike Air Penny II (2) colorways have released over the past few months and the newest one to come out is this colorway inspired by the Miami Heat. As many may remember, Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway played with the Miami Heat in his final season in the NBA and this colorway obviously takes inspiration from the Heat’s black and red color combo. Featuring a black base with red and white accents, this pair yields a nice and clean colorway. The Nike Air Penny II (2) retains its original shape and lace size to give it that classic feel. The Nike Air Force II (2) High Premium – Gucci started hitting retailers a while ago, but if you weren’t lucky enough to grab a pair, this article will bring some good news for you. The Gucci inspired Air Force 2 seen above has hit Nike.com and is currently available for $102. Featuring a predominately black leather upper, the supposedly Gucci inspired accents are rare and a bit hard to see at first. At closer look, one can pick up the green and red accents on the side, the tongue, and the rear. Though these are not officially inspired by Gucci, the resemblance is quite obvious after seeing the whole sneaker. You can pick up your pair right now by clicking the link below.

The Nike Lebron Line is known for yielding many interesting colorways of Lebron James’ signature sneakers. During the past few weeks, we were enlightened by pictures of a “Chalk” Nike Zoom Lebron VI and a Nike Zoom Soldier II inspired by the Ohio State Buckeyes. We now have a picture of a Nike Zoom Soldier II inspired by the popular Coca-Cola owned soda brand, Sprite. Featuring a bubble filled blue upper accented by a green outsole and yellow stitching, this pair accomplishes its goal by leaving all our mouths watering for a bottle of Sprite. Some may remember that a couple years ago, there was also a Nike Zoom Lebron III Low “Sprite” which featured a colorway exactly like that of the Nike Zoom Soldier II shown above. By now, most of us have heard about Jordan Brand‘s latest collaboration with Eminem which has produced a Flight Club exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan 2 (II). This special release will be limited to 313 pairs, a number signifying the area code in Detroit, Michigan where Marshall Mathers aka Eminem grew up. This unique colorway features a black leather upper accented by grey and red stitching. The most interesting aspect of this sneaker is definitely the handwritten lyrics from Eminem’s songs featured on the ankle and side of this pair. A limited edition Air Jordan x Eminem t-shirt will accompany the release of this “The Way I Am” Air Jordan II. These will be available at Air Jordan Flight Club today, December 18, 2008, at 7pm EST/4pm PST. Be sure to be prompt if you’re interested in this release because they will sell definitely out quick!
