Earlier today, we showed you the Joe Johnson Jordan Jumpman Team Pro PE and the Ray Allen Jordan Jumpman Team Pro PE, which will both be Chicago HoH exclusives, and now we are happy to inform you that a pair of Larry Huges’ Nike Hyperdunk Supreme PE will drop tomorrow at Chicago’s House of Hoops. This pair of player exclusives is inspired by the Chicago Bulls’ home colorway of white and red. Alongside the white base and red flywire, this pair also features the word “Homegrown” written in cursive across the tongue to successfully seperate these player exclusives from all other Hyperdunks. After already previewing the Barcelona FC/Ronaldinho Nike Hyperdunk, we get a look at the upcoming model designed after Ronaldinho’s latest squad, AC Milan. The Hyperdunk follows Ronaldinho’s foot steps with a new look color-way of varsity red, black and green. The jersey consists primarily of red and black and green is used minimally on the mid-sole and laces, perhaps to represent the national colors rather than the team. The ankles also consists of some sort of embossing while the black mid-sole features a splatter like design. Now available for pre-order at Kix-Files.

The Celtics began the 2008 NBA season thinking about last year, (Boston doesn’t forget, Johnny) as the squad relived the glory of their ‘07 ‘Chip. Rarefied Air was fairly ubiquitous on Opening Night, with Ray Allen breaking out these and Rajon Rondo not sporting some Reeboks. Glenn “Big Baby” Davis rolled out in an incredible gold/green pair of Nike’s inventive Hyperdunk. The quality’s in the details. (Something I still wish the Momdukes would’ve told me when growing up…) The aforementioned adage can ostensibly be applied to any number or range of topics, including footwear. Nike recently took the advertising reigns to McDonald’s High School All-Star Game and quickly decided to draft up at Micky D’s Hyperdunk (A MCD Bluechip will also be available–more on that soon!)that would even keep Eric Schlosser content. The black/red/blue/yellow color scheme is straight up suspect, but the insole is undoubtedly phat.
