It’s always nice to see a prominent Japanese brand team up with another prominent Japanese brand. The Devilock x Bape collaboration is therefore, nice to see, with the collaborative Devilock x Bape Skullsta. The Skullsta features a colorfuls allover leather print on this shell toe shoe. A white midsole goes along well with the laces and tongue, where the adidas-style Bape logo is placed. A red inner lining and teal back heel panel also make this a legit shoe to celebrate Devilock’s 13th anniversary. It’s available now online overseas for $206.

Releasing this Saturday, December 19th, is the latest collaboration between Nike and textile supplier Maharam. The Maharam x Nike Sportswear Holiday 2009 collection consists of two Nike Blazer Highs and one Nike Oregon Waffle. All three shoes are totally blacked out, using Maharam’s patented materials on each upper. The Nike Blazers use woven basket and check materials, while the Oregon Waffle utilizes striae. Leather panels nicely accent the premium materials, making for a nice collection to complete your ideal black outfit. Check 21 Mercer or your local NSW retailer to get your hands on these.

Once again, for the bazillionth time, Patta has teamed up with Nike to work their magic on the Nike Air Max 1 silhouette. This time, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tier 0 gets a makeover in a black/white-lucky green-gum colorway. Much like the first sample we saw from the collaboration, this colorway features a black canvas upper with a black ballistic nylon underlay, along with a white swoosh to match the midsole. Lucky green is placed at the Patta 5th anniversary tongue tag to mix with the upper lace holes and Patta logo at the back heel. A classic gumsole finishes off this clean colorway, determining Patta as a master designer on the Air Max 1 tip. These release exclusively at Patta’s new Precinct Store on December 18th at 12pm local time.

Featuring three of their most popular silhouettes, the collection utilizes Wine Red for its uppers, with hits of black leather for contrast and detail work. The recent retros of the Nike Air Flytop have been pretty simple, using solid colors and simple designs. The latest release of the Nike Air Flytop Premium breaks that mold, by releasing two bright colorways for the old classic. The first colorway contains a mix of red, purple, yellow, and white, while the other pair strictly sticks to purple, giving it an eggplant feel.
