Not too long ago, we broke news that Nike would be releasing a Gucci inspired Nike Dunk High Supreme Spark, but it seems as though a Dunk High Pro SB will actually release instead. Though that is probably music to most sneakerheads’ ears, there is still no confirmation from Nike on which style will drop. Whatever the case may be, this Dunk High SB hosts a green upper accented by a red swoosh, denim paneling, a white mid-sole, red out-sole, and black laces. Compared to the ultra-limited 2005 Nike Dunk SB High Gucci, this pair hosts smoother denim, a black heel tab rather than a red heel tab, and less denim ridges. Please note that this pair is only a sample, and changes may be made before the Nike Dunk High Pro SB Gucci releases later this year.

New Gucci high top leather sneakers have dropped for the fall 2009 season. The two pairs (Nero/Black, Verde/White) are a throwback to the house’s vintage designs. They don’t have the frills of Gucci Native High-Top but it’s way cooler. The leather sneaker comes in black and white versions with the classic interlocking GG logo at the top of the tongue and the signature Gucci Green/Red/Green web. The Verde/White version comes with red laces, a nice contrast.  The sneaker has a retro appearance, yet keeps a current vibe. Already a favorite among celebrities; producers Swizz Beats and Jermaine Dupri have already copped pairs in both colors.  Retail price is $535.

With the successful release of the Nike Air Force II (2) High Premium – Gucci, Nike has decided to continue their recent trend of applying Gucci colors to some of their classic models. This time, the Nike Waffle Racer 3 is outfitted in black, red, and green, but Nike does not directly state that this pair is inspired by Gucci. Whatever the case may be, this “Gucci” Waffle Racer 3 features a black upper with red and green accents seen on the laces and on the heel. To play up to the classy, elegant Gucci standard, Nike has included a patent leather toecap and swoosh. Expect for these to hit your local Nike retailers fairly soon. Via LTD.

The Nike Air Force II (2) High Premium – Gucci started hitting retailers a while ago, but if you weren’t lucky enough to grab a pair, this article will bring some good news for you. The Gucci inspired Air Force 2 seen above has hit Nike.com and is currently available for $102. Featuring a predominately black leather upper, the supposedly Gucci inspired accents are rare and a bit hard to see at first. At closer look, one can pick up the green and red accents on the side, the tongue, and the rear. Upper-end fashion company Gucci recently offered an introspective look at their Spring 2009 Footwear Collection. The brand offers a wide range of silhouettes for any activity or any outfit, but two things remain constant throughout–luxurious quality and exorbitant pricing. It’s true–if you’re not not opulent, “Fuggit about it, punk!” The brand’s headliner is the Native High Top, a high-rising affair that features premium leathers, beads, and moccasin-esque reinforcements.
