Grand purple has been the recent celebrity of Nike’s silhouettes this year, with guest appearances on the Air Jordan I, Nike Air Max 1, and Nike SB Dunk Hi, to name a few. Well, it’s about time the colorway came over to the Nike Air Force 1. The Nike Air Force 1 comes in a black/white-grand purple colorway, utilizing a black leather and nubuck upper, white midsole, and black outsole. The swoosh uses white leather to contrast the dark colors on the upper, and to match the white inner lining. Grand purple makes its appearance on the laces, tongue tag, midsole, and back ankle panel. This is a very clean colorway which is set to release sometime this fall.

Here we have a sneak peek of what’s in store next summer for Nike SB. The Nike Dunk Hi Pro SB will come in a black/grand purple colorway. The upper consists of a perforated grand purple leather upper, with black panels and swoosh to contrast the purple. The black and purple are offset by a white midsole, which sits between the upper and black outsole. White laces give a nice ring to the shoe, which should be a great release next summer.

The Nike Terminator model has been given many faces, such as denim or crocodile. But, another great idea has been added to the silhouette, this time, in a gradient fade. The Nike Terminator High Basic comes in a gradient fade colorway of stealth/white-grand purple. The shoe features a stealth grey leather upper with a white toebox, swoosh, and midsole. The upper sports a grey-t0-purple gradient effect, making the back part of the shoe more purple. The outsole is made a dark grey to give the shoe some nice contrast. The Air Jordan 1 White / Grand Purple (Metallic) color way was originally released back in 1985, but now this summer we have an opportunity to get a hold of this piece of Air Jordan history. The sneaker itself is very simple, with a white leather upper accented by grand (metallic) purple on the swoosh, laces, collar, logos, and sole. The Air Jordan 1 White / Grand Purple (Metallic) is going to be a Europe-exclusive release, set to drop sometime this month.
