We’ve already taken a look at a number of different Gourmet sneaker models dropping for Spring/Summer of this year. Today, we take a look at soem of what the brand’s Fall/Winter 2012 plans include. Among others, the Gourmet Quattro Skate, Gourmet The 35 and Gourmet Dieci C will be reworked in such themes as a navy leopard print and grey leather. Gourmet seems poised to continue making a name for itself in the sneaker world, but how welcome do you think these releases will be?

We’ve already gotten some leopard sneaker news earlier today, which was also an idea implemented by such sneaker brands as Gourmet last year. After developing the leopard print Gourmet Cinque last year, the brand has chosen to apply said motif onto its The 35 sneaker as part of its earlier 2012 projects. Now that 2012 is here, Gourmet has offered up a preview of their upcoming Spring 2012 collection.

The collection boasts everything from the Sedici L to the Cinque 2, Dignan, and Quattro Skate. A preview of their collaboration with P-Rod’s Primitive is even included. As usual, Gourmet produces nothing but quality kicks, using premium materials including suede, full-grain leather, patent leather, and ballistic nylon.

We’ve seen a number of different Gourmet sneaker designs being prepared to release as part of the Holiday 2011 collection as well as upcoming offerings in 2012. However, we haven’t really heard much of the Quattro Skate for a while- until now, that is. Not to be left out of the brand’s Holiday 2011 plans, the Gourmet Quattro Skate is being offered in a black leather/suede version with gum soles, alongside a brown alternative with white soles. The Gourmet Quattro Skate is returning for Spring 2012 with a new camo look.

Sporting a canvas camo upper with subtle gold branding, the Quattro Skate features a black leather panel on the lateral side of the toebox/midfoot for extra durability to stand up to your griptape.  The shoe is finished off with black laces and a white sole.

Gourmet introduces another interesting silhouette for Holiday 2011. What might resemble a reinvented version of the Nike ACG Air Moc is the new Gourmet Dignan.

Inspired by hospital shoe booties, this waterproof sneaker/runner is now available in a Black/White and Grey/White colorway that features ripstop nylon, mesh, and imported materials including brushed full-grain leather as displayed on the upper.
