Gourmet, a company that gained notoriety for anonymizing classic Air Jordan silhouettes, has really come into their own with their Spring 2010 collection. Utilizing the unorthodox material of pony hair, the collection is balanced with the use of premium leather and waxed laces. Gourmet is famous for releasing sleek sneaker designs like the Dieci, which sports a lot of class. The shoe pictures here is known as the Spring 2010 Nove, and sports a completely white sole with royal blue upper that seems to consits of a leather material resembling the skin of a lizard. This shoe also comes with a strap on the upper that actually ties around the back of the heel as opposed to the front of the ankle. Despite the name, this Nove silhouette is schedule to release at Gourmet accounts this coming January.

Available now from Gourmet is the Dieci. Keeping with the company tradition, the Dieci remains simple, but offers a very quality makeup in terms of material and construction. The Dieci features a two tone upper consisting of suede and pebbled leather. Also, the Dieci is finished with a vulcanized midsole and asymmetrical lacing. For $140USD, Gourmet offers a lot of styling in simple yet sophisticated package, which are available now in two colorways, black/papyrus and paloma/papyrus.
