Japanese designer Hiroshi Fujiwara recently consorted with his people over at Nike to produce two new colorways of the Air Footscape. The abstract runner will hit in black/grey/varsity blue and neon yellow/grey/black. As always, the Footscape features its abstract lacing system prominent midsole and mesh based upper. The design has achieved cult-like status in “The Land of The Rising Sun”, perhaps fueling Fujiwara’s unique opportunity. The Hiroshi Fujiwara x Nike Air Footscape will release in the coming weeks. Coming off the release of the Tennis Classic Collection, Fragment Design will continue their partnership with Nike through 2009 with release of the Footscape and Tennis Classic. Using the Tennis Classic once again, Fragment Design implements a simple look with only using a white upper along with a black heel tab and perforated swoosh. The second of their collaborations with Nike is the Footscape. This Footscape features black, white and blue on the heel and tab with the Fragment logo. Look for both to drop sometime in 2009.
