We previewed the EA Sports x Nike Trainer 1.3 as the EA Sports ‘Letterman’. Today, we get confirmation that these Trainer 1.3s are being dubbed as the ‘NCAA Football 12′, commemorating the upcoming EA Sports NCAA Football ’12.

Enjoy the extra images showcasing the chenille paneling, leather accents and icey sole bottom. No word on release yet, so stay tuned.

Another EA collaboration with Nike sets the release of the Nike Trainer 1.3 x EA Sports ‘Letterman’. This pair features all black upper, with molded collar, TPU heel up and Flywire. What draws the inspiration for the name, is the soft chenille fabric laying over parts of the upper. Similar material found on a college ‘Letterman’ jacket. The EA Logo is carpeted on the tongue to finish the shoe off and is available through phone orders at Nike Town San Francisco.

Etnies recently consorted with Electronic Arts Inc. to create a limited edition Skate 2 RVM shoe that celebrates the etnies GvR Skateboarding Competition’s inclusion into the EA Skate 2 video game. Borrowing inspiration from the skate brand’s rich and storied past, the RVM features tooling and styling similar to the iconic etnies Rap Hi. The model is colored up in a unique black/burnt orange/white scheme and is accented by a “Skate 2″ logo out back along the heel panel. The Etnies x EA Sports Skate 2 RVM will release late this month and will be available exclusively at Zumiez.

EA Sports is definitely one of the biggest names when it comes to video games and now they are attempting to influence the sneaker game as well. Pony will be teaming up with EA Sports on this one to give the Pony Feed The Cat a well-deserved makeover. Feed The Cat is one of Pony’s signature sneaker models that has a very sleek and clean look. This pair features the traditional EA Sports colorway of white, red, and blue. The EA Sports logo is placed on the ankle of the sneaker and their slogan (It’s In The Game) is written vertically on the heel. Trying to find these will most likely be a hard task considering that they will only be available to athletes, celebrities, and select individuals that are on the Madden ’08 gaming tour. Via HB.
