As part of February 2009’s Nike SB collection, this Nike Dunk SB Mid is set to drop. Featuring a multicolored upper with a black shoe lace region and a beige swoosh, this pair seems pretty simple at first look. The defining aspect of this pair that sets it apart from the rest of the February Collection is definitely the plaid print seen on the heel of the sneaker. Yesterday we previewed the Nike SB exhibit at the BRIGHT Fashion showcase in Germany. Individual images of the Nike models surfaced today, and the ‘09 load of Nike Dunk SBs, Blazer SBs, and Zoom Tre A.D.s looks to be a winner. Headlining the Spring/Summer collection is a green suede/orange Blazer SB and cream/black/yellow leather and suede Dunk Mid. The Beautiful Losers x Nike Dunk High is definitely one of the most unique and creative Nike Dunk’s ever released. These Dunk Highs are inspired by the Beautiful Losers film documentary which focuses on the lives and struggles of various people including musicians and graffiti artists and other skateboarding related aspects. Selected scenes from the movie appear on the Beautiful Losers x Nike collection of Dunks, a design conceptualized by Jesse Leyva of Nike.  All of the Dunks in this collection feature a different image digitally printed onto the upper, a concept we have never seen before. An extremely limited amount of these sneakers were auctioned off on Ebay a couple months ago and it is now nearly impossible to find a pair.  You can check out a couple auctions on the ‘bay that currently have these for sale. Don’t take too long because this might be your only chance to cop this highly sought after collector’s item.

The recent pictures of the Nike SB Beijing Dunk Mid Premium have attracted the attention of many sneakerheads worldwide and most agree that this is definitely one of the better Nike SB Dunk Mids to release in a while. Featuring an upper highly inspired by the daily living in Beijing, this pair is very complex yet it maintains that clean and sleek look we are used to seeing from Nike SB models. The bright white toecap nicely accents the black leather toebox and black sides which are highlighted by a grey midsole. The black swoosh on this pair is outlined in gold stitching which adds to the already sleek look of this sneaker. To go along with the Nike Womens Dunk High-Medium Grey/Liquid Lime-White, Nike is set to release this pair of Dunk Low’s also made exclusively for the ladies. This pair features an extremely similar color scheme to the aforementioned Dunk High’s with the exception of the pink glaze swoosh that wraps around the heel of the sneaker. Nike continues to release great new colorways in womens sizes. Starting from the upper and continuing to the toe box, this pair features a shade of gray that is appearing in many new Nike releases. Though the toebox yields a medium grey leather finish, the upper is composed of suede of the same medium grey shade. Furthermore, the midsole also features a medium grey that neatly wraps around the shoe in timeless Nike Dunk fashion. Continuing with Nike’s latest obsession with the color black, Nike is set to release three new models with a full black colorway. Lately, we have seen the Nike Sportswear Lunar Racer – Black Collection and the Nike Sportswear Blackout Collection which both feature sneakers fully coated in black. These three pairs of black sneakers include the Nike Blazer High, the Nike Dunk High, and the Nike Air Force 1 Low. The Nike Blazer High is decked out in black from head to toe. The Nike Dunk High features a black upper, but also includes a clear sole and red accents. The last model of this installment, the Nike Air Force 1 Low, also yields a black upper, but a little color is added to this pair through the use of a gum sole. There is no word on an exact release date yet, but you can buy your pair today at A.R.C. in New York.
