With the mid November release date of Nike’s 2009 Doernbecher Charity Collection just around the corner, a second look at Colin Callsen’s rendition of the Nike Zoom P-Rod III seems in order. A patient at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Collin works his interest in motocross into the shoe’s insole, as well as some blue camo on the upper and outsole. Capped off with a patent heel tab and goldenrod stitching, the model is certainly unique, featuring an interesting combination of colors and patterns. You can do both your feet and the patients of Doernbecher some good on November 14th, when this model, and the rest of the collection, hits NikeTown.

The long wait is over for the Air Jordan VI x Nike Air Yeezy Doernbecher. The shoe has been put on eBay and the proceeds will go to the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. The size 12 Nike Air Yeezy will come in a special lasered box, to showcase its one-of-one characteristic. The shoe itself is crazy, using a black upper consisting of a patent leather strap, leather ankle panel, suede toe, and perforated nubuck side panel. But most of all, the shoe sits atop a Jordan VI (6) outsole, making this black on black shoe the first and only of its kind. To contrast the shoe, the Air Yeezy lacelock is fitted in orange, standing out on this neckbreaker. So get ready to spend some real dough for a couple good causes: charity and heat for your feet.
