Designed by young culinary enthusiast Bradley Bowlby, the Air Force 1 Low segment of this year’s Doernbecher Charity Collection is looking might tasty. Combining his love for the food and the outdoors, Bradley, a patient at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, incorporates his dog, elks, silverware, and dirtbikes into the model’s ‘camo’ mid-panel print. On top of some cool tongue and heel tab graphics, the model also features surgical stitching, yellow contrast lining, and a green-brown camo outsole. You can support the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital by grabbing a pair of Bradley’s shoes on November 14th, when the collection hits NikeTown.

With the mid November release date of Nike’s 2009 Doernbecher Charity Collection just around the corner, a second look at Colin Callsen’s rendition of the Nike Zoom P-Rod III seems in order. A patient at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Collin works his interest in motocross into the shoe’s insole, as well as some blue camo on the upper and outsole. Capped off with a patent heel tab and goldenrod stitching, the model is certainly unique, featuring an interesting combination of colors and patterns. You can do both your feet and the patients of Doernbecher some good on November 14th, when this model, and the rest of the collection, hits NikeTown.

We’ve all seen the Doernbecher Air Jordan VI, but now images of the rest of the collection, designed by those whose lives have been improved by the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Oregon, have hit  the web. This years line up includes inventive colorways of the Nike Air Max Zenyth, Shox NZ, Dunk High, Air Force 1, Zoom P-Rod III, and Air Jordan VI. Proceeds from the project are donated to the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, the models hitting Niketown and Nike.com on November 14th. Just in case you were the unlucky few to miss out on the Air Jordan I (1) High from the Doernbecher Freestyle collection that was released on Friday, November 14th, a few pairs have found their way on to the net. This specific model from the collection was designed by Tony Taylor Jr a.k.a Mr. Bobber. This Air Jordan High incorporates an imaginative of a beach setting on top of a blue and black gradient upper. Other details include gold stitching and a gum sole. Although there may be a premium to pay on missing out on this limited release, they are plenty of a sizes available on the ‘Bay!

Since initiating the Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Charity Program 5 years ago, Mark Smith will be designing the 5th anniversary sneaker. The Air Max 90 is chosen to be to commemorate the project involving Nike and the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. This Air Max 90 consists of a white upper complimented by orange and a multicolored swoosh. A detailed inner lining can also be found on the inside of the sneaker. Release is scheduled for November 14th exlcusively to Niketown and Nike.com.

Tony Taylor Jr a.k.a Mr. Bobber is the most recent designer to the Doernbecher Freestyle collection. Tayler fought Nephrotic Syndrome and had a successful kidney transplant. As for the sneakers themselves, they are packaged in a wooden with lasered text and graphics, featuring a gradient upper along with a beach scene outline, gold stitching and gum sole.
