It’s been few and far between the times Diesel makes any worthy noise in the sneaker game. But, perhaps it has discovered how to help themselves- by teaming up with the adidas Originals clan. Known for its more orthodox sneaker designs, adidas Originals lends its expertise to that of the Diesel group’s, resulting in a special edition Forum mid, Stan Smith and ZX 700 (to name a few). The latest collabo concerning adidas is the one with 55DSL, the spin-off of denim brand Diesel. The result is the 55DSL x Adidas Originals XV/55 Nizza High, a re-vamped classic shoe with a clean twist. The white based canvas hightop features the trefoil in red and blue with “XV Years” printed adjacent to it. The colors are also found on the 55DSL logo printed on the side of the shoe. The shoe has a white midsole to complete this white shoe, and it comes with a limited edition box which showcases the 55DSL logo as well. These babies will be available at 55DSl and other select retailers this September, so be patient!
