We’re pretty sure that Batman had an extensive sneaker collection that included many pairs of the Air Jordan 6. For those who may not remember, he wore the Jordan 6 in the movie “Batman Forever.” Unfortunately Alfred wouldn’t let us grab a hold of a pair, but these customs will do.

PH23customs takes us back to circa 2008 with the Air Jordan 6 “Dark Knight” custom. The black on black silhouette  features an all black leather and nubuck upper with smoke grey and obsidian blue accents throughout. Michael Wood of Envintaj Customz has been keeping busy with all of his custom work as of late.

We’ve previously seen his latest Air Jordan VI lineup and now we have a pair of Air Jordan XII ‘Taxi’ that have been transformed into the ‘Aerial Assault’ XII. This particular custom was specially made for Brandyn Harvey, Wide Receiver for the Atlanta Falcons.

Camo paint, shark teeth and red nose are all incorporated into the shoe along with its all Grey upper. The detail Michael is able to achieve in his paint work is astounding.

Another new custom has been created using the Air Jordan VI as its base.

Capitalizing on the success of the Space Jam colorway, this Air Jordan VI, in my honest opinion, is one of the best customs I’ve ever seen… I’m partial to seeing Air Jordan’s in Black/ Royal makeup so that could play a huge part in its appeal to me personally.

What was once the Air Jordan VI ‘Oreo’ has now been brilliantly transformed into what you see before you by Michael Wood of Envintaj. These are planned to release in a limited number of 20 with each shoe baring #1 though 20 on the outer right heel of each pair. 2 of 20 will also be featured in Chevis Jackson’s Fresh Steps Charity Event as well.

Custom sneaker artist TripleZed has just finished shoe No. 81.

This time around using a white on white AF1 Low, TripleZed made a minor color change to the upper along with his custom cartoon styled images. Take a look at the process as well as some images after the jump.

By now we’ve all seen numerous custom sneakers before. Some kicks get a brand new makeover while others get dressed up like other popular sneakers that are on high demand. Nike and LeBron made waves when they dropped their ‘South Beach’ LeBron 8 last year. Jordan Brand even attempted to give the ‘South Beach’ theme a try with their Jordan CMFT Viz Air 11’s.

Sneaker customizer El Cappy took the liberty of making his own South Beach customs on the Air Jordan VI ‘Oreo’. To say the least, these look absolutely amazing. The colors are rich & vibrant, the paint job is much better than anything that comes out of a factory as well. Details weren’t left out either… taking the time to custom paint the box was a nice touch.

JBF Customs & EmmanueLabor just recently finished a beautiful collaboration featuring the Nike Dunk Low in an ASG theme. Both designed the sneaker together then went to work putting them together, JBF took care of the ‘East’ while EL took care of the ‘West’.

Red and blue lenticular is used along with black patent leather. The typical separate stitched toe and midfoot panels have been removed and in its place are the ASG’s Star designed stitched right into the solid one piece material.
