Yesterday, a black-royal blue/white pair of the Chuck Taylor Skate gave us our first look into a CONS collection celebrating Thrasher Magazine’s “Prevent This Tragedy” video releasing next year. We now present you with shots of two more sneakers that are a part of that collection. The Chuck Taylor Skate Ox sports a black upper with bubble gum sole, and the Chuck Taylor Skate mid also sports a predominantly black upper, but with green accents and a white sole. Which of the three shoes showcased as part of the “Prevent This Tragedy” collection do you feel looks best?

Last month we showed you a pair of the brown, mid-top CONS CTS (Chuck Taylor Skate) that many took a liking too as a result of its stylish silhouette and colorway. Now, we are showing you the closest thing to CONS’ first collaboration with any other company- the “Prevent This Tragedy” CTS Low. In commemoration of Thrasher Magazine’s “Prevent This Tragedy” video releasing in the February issue around January 12, this pair of the CTS was designed in mostly black suede with royal blue and white accents. TKCTAS1

It wasn’t too long ago that we caught a glimpse of one of the more recent collaborative efforts Converse has been working on with United Bamboo in an effort to further spread the 1HUND(RED) campaign. We’re now here to inform everyone that Terence Koh had been made a part of the effort to heighten AIDS awareness in Africa as well, and the result was the pair of Chuck Taylor All Stars pictured here. Similar looking to the resulting product of the aforementioned collaboration between Converse and United Bamboo, this pair of the Chuck Taylor All Star sports a COMPLETELY white leather design, with an embossed Converse logo on one side and absolutely nothing else on the other side of each shoe. Opening Ceremony will have this pair of the Chuck Taylor All Star on sale starting November 21, as will other select retailers.

It hasn’t been since August that the Converse Coolidge got some exposure, when it came in a black/white mid-top execution. Now, a new Coolidge has surfaced. This high-top design comes with a fish-scale patterning the brand has seemingly deemed “drizzle.” There is also grey suede around the toe box and black suede near the mid-panel. Black mesh can be found near the ankle, while the toe box is covered in grey mesh. Finally, mint colored shoe laces give this sneaker an edge, which sits on the traditional white vulcanized Converse sole. These are available now through select Converse retailers.

The iconic Chuck Taylor All-Star may very well be the most polymorphic shoe on the market. Seeing rapid variations in colors, materials, and embellishments, it’s relatively rare for the actual structure of the model’s upper to be adapted.  This year, however, Converse appears to be thinking ‘outside of the box’, first with the padded collar model we saw last month, and now with the release of this strap/leather model. Fitted with a double ankle strap, the sneaker also features a protruding heel tab, and lacks the normal Chuck Taylor All-Star embellishments. If you’re interested in the altered silhouette, the model can be found now in white and black at select Converse retailers.

Images of Converse Japan’s November collection hit the web this week, the preview stirring up a fair amount of anticipation. Featuring classic silhouttes like the One Star, Chuck Taylor, and Jack Purcell, the collection plays with this season’s winter patterns, with reoccuring motifs of nordic sweater print, quilted fabric, and flannel plaid that can be seen through the release. Set to release next month, you can check out the comprehensive collection in its entirety after the jump.

A little over two weeks ago we showed you the result of a collaboration between Converse and Japanese brand Victim: a low-top Jack Purcell boasting blue leather material. We now have pictures of another Converse release that might very well remind sneakerheads of the aforementioned collaborative efforts. The Converse One Star Ox pictured here is cleverly nicknamed “Sturdy,” which could be a result of the help it may provide you in staying well-dressed during the cold season. One pair of “Sturdy” Ox previewed here comes in a black leather upper, with white Converse star on the mid-panel, white stitching, and a white vulcanized rubber sole. The second pair comes with a brown leather upper and is accented in the same way as the black pair. However, the brown pair comes with yellow/brown laces for added flavor. Having begun to pop up at select Converse retailers, what do you think of this limited edition, low-top Converse product?
