After taking a look at some of what the Spring 2012 Converse Skateboarding collection consists of, we take a look at what the regular line has up its sleeves. The upcoming Spring 2012 Converse offerings include such classics as the All Star and Jack Purcell. Rugged colorways include a “smog” motif, black/yellow and even blue/khaki. Take a close look at these preview images of the collection and be ready for much more from the Converse design team as we go deeper into the new year.

Converse stays true to the theme this season and takes us on a trip outdoors with their Converse All Star & Jack Purcell ‘Hunter Camo’ Pack.

The new pack consists of the classic All Star and Jack Purcell Low silhouettes which both feature a tough Ripstop upper that displays its unique all-over duck hunter print pattern, white contrast stitching, and black leather paneling on the back heel and Converse logo as seen on the All Star.

Just yesterday we showed you two “sun-faded camouflage” pairs of the Converse All-Star lows. And today we’d like to show you a different take on the classic shoe design. Pictured here you can find a khaki and a dark navy pair of Converse All-Star “Dickies,” which mixes the All-Star silhouette with that of a classic boot model. Pictured here are two pairs of the Converse All-Star low covered in “sun-faded” camouflage uppers. One pair boasts brown camo, while the other sticks with the more traditional green camo. After showing you a “leather jacket” Converse All Star hi, we bring you a collection of that very Converse silhouette with a “fruity” influence. Pictured here is one Converse All Star hi in a yellow lemonade upper, and another in a red strawberry upper. These interesting colorways are being offered specifically by Converse Japan and a part of the line’s Spring/Summer 2011 sneaker collection.

The Converse All Star Tie Dye Pack dropped overseas just in time for the warm summertime months. Composed of the Chuck Taylor All Star and Skidgrip Mid and Ox, each model’s canvas upper has been tie-dyed. A purple/orange/pink/white schema and black/purple/green/royal blue/ white scheme colorway are offered on the Skid and Chuck, and both are complimented by a rubber outsole. A bit too lucid for my purist tastes, but perhaps the Hypeasts/”Kanyeezys” of the world will match these with their rose-colored denim and multicolored polo shirts this July? Only time will tell. The Converse All Star Tie-Dye Pack is available now at select overseas accounts.

Selfridges & Co. is celebrating their 100th anniversary with a limited version of the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Ox. Inspired by the England company’s iconic Pantone 109 colorway, this predominantly yellow canvas affair is offset by black patent leather accents and a white rubber midsole. The lowtop’s upper is double stitched and features the “All Star” logo on the tongue. The Selfridges x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star “Centenary Edition” will be available at Selfridges’ Concept Store and at Offspring this coming May.
