Vans is celebrating the Holidays ’09 season by implementing their timeless checkerboard motif on one of the their most classic silhouettes, the Vans Era. The shoe’s royal blue/yellow canvas upper is complimented seamlessly by a blue suede toe. A vulcanized midsole with blue accents rides underneath. White eyelets and yellow shoestrings tie the shoe together. The Vans Era “Checkerboard” will be available later this year at select Vans accounts.
