This Barkley sig comes complete with the classic silhouette features and retro paneling in an all-patent obsidian colorway. Nike brings their Air Alpha Force II back in one of its most popular OG colorways. Worn by Sir Charles back when he laced up for Philadelphia, the model utilizes the classic 76ers Red/White/Varsity Blue color scheme. Nearly identical to the version released back in 1988, the new retro edition features Barkley’s number, 34, on the heel panel. The nostalgic model is available now from House of Hoops locations.

Remember the commercial that pitted Charles Barkley against Japanese monster Godzilla? Nike dedicated a two shoes to the classic spot, and one of ‘em is this ostentatious Nike Blazer Premium “Godzilla.” A green/black reptile pattern encompasses an upper that also features shades of orange and black. The Blazer’s midsole is beige and features a gum toecap with an olive bottom. The Nike Blazer Mid Premium “Godzilla” will release later this Fall.

A 2009 reissue of the “OG” black/purple/white Air Max2 CB 94 is available now at most retailers around the country. Worn by Charles Barkley, the Nike Basketball release features a black nubuck and white leather upper with purple neoprene accents. Nike seems to be bringing out many retros this year, such as the Air Garnett 3 and the Air Griffey Max 1. You can add the Air Max 2 CB ’94 for this list, and it comes back in a colorway that was on a previous retro. These kicks are all white with grey accents and still feature the same details as the previous retro and OG model. Since they’re out now, you better be sure to pick these up if you’re a fan of retros or you just need something to hoop in.
