With 2008 marking 100 years in the making, Converse Century Project features two more classic models fro their September line-up, the One Star Mid and Poorman High. The 70’s One Star Mid is available in two color-ways, black and brown, with both consisting of full leather uppers. Rounding out the drop is the Poorman Hi, a newer style sneaker which is also featured in a sleek silhouette made up of a grey, black and white combination. With the launch of the Converse Century comes the Fastbreak. Releasing in two original color-ways, the Converse Century brings back the old school flavor with its classic looking design. The Fastbreak is available in white/purple/yellow and white/red/black, in what looks to be the colors of the Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls. This appears to be a strong effort to bring back Converse who traces back to their roots by releasing the Fastbreak. Now available at Overkill.
